I work with a medical Device company I typically order catering for my Doctor's offices. The past couple times I called in, the... person has an attitude telling you they are busy or to go online to place your orders. I don't like placing my orders onlinebecause of incidents where you show up and the order was not in due to computer issues. Either way a customer should always betreated well( as valuable). We are bringing business to your location. Ben needs to be told this. Take the customers orders andservice should be given with a ' how can I be of Help' not call us later. Read more
Food is pretty good and the service was okay. We chose to eat there as a healthier alternative. It wasn't too expensive either.... Reasonably priced. The girl who took our order was very nice and helpful... it would have been 4 stars if not for how DUSTY thewhole place was. We noticed it the moment we walked in. It was awful. This is the ?kebab combo ?plus ?Mediterranean Lentil ?soup look like Falafel tasted more cilantro than falafel. Soup was so... watery and needed salt. little rice in the container and the kebab ,well ,not good at all Read more
Food was okay. The quesadillas were the best out of all three dishes shown. Potatoes were very bland and the bowl was not... appetizing, luckily I was able to switch the kind of rice I originally ordered but then realized I paid $13 for rice and 4pieces of meat. If I come back it will be for their kabobs which I have previously ordered. Read more
Had my first visit and was super impressed by their customer service. The manager on duty was very courteous. Food is reasonable... and tastes pretty good. Love their healthy menu options. Almost everyone coming here will find something for themselves. Placeis clean and spacious. Definitely recommended. Read more
Today I went to order from them to give them one more chance after speaking with a manager. They now updated this so that I have... to sign for my food. It's not that I am not getting my food from the delivery person it's that the person at the restaurantisn't putting all the items that I ordered in my bag. Because of this I will never order from them again. They always forgetsomething or it's cold. Always!!! Read more
