Made the mistake of ordering food from this location. The first time we had lemon pepper/mango habanero and mild then got sick.... The second time I thought maybe it wasn't the food here but I was wrong when we got sick again. We don't normally go to thislocation but since it was closer to work we tried it. I have ordered wingstop for years at multiple locations. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The food was... cold, had an awful flavor that made it difficult to eat, and they even got the order incorrect. Ordered a big group pack andhalf the wings they gave me had no sauce or dry rub on it, just plain traditional wings. Very disappointed in this, spent closeto $45 for a meal that no one wanted to eat. Sent wingstop a message and they responded back with a $10 voucher for my nextvisit? thanks but I spent $45 on food that was barely edible. $10 is an insult given the degree of the mistake. Why is it impossible to follow SIMPLE instructions at this location. All we wanted was both ranch and blue cheese. Paid extra... for it, workers confirmed SEVERAL times that it was in there, but of course, only blue cheese was delivered. No ranch. All wewanted was the bare minimum?.which was to actually receive what we paid for. At least one of us can eat ????. Dear owner, Youprobably don?t care, but I thought I?d share?. Would 100% repeat visit this wing stop location. I?ve ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings, wing zone, and hooters, and each time was... disappointing. Not at wing stop. I ordered 20 wings and large fries. BBQ was meh, but Cajun and boneless mango habanero wereexcellent. Meaty and not dry unless the other places mentioned. Definitely my go-to spot for wings!! More hands are needed. Too slow the service. I decided to go directly to this location to do my order. The order took them... between 30 to 45 min. I saw people coming in and out with their pre-orders. The taste was good for the wings and fries. Read more
Worst Wingstop ever! I ordered two fries via DoorDash. Both the cheese (small)and buffalo (large)fries arrived cold and hard as... if they?d been refried. The cheese had literally a teaspoon of cheese and was less than a snack order. The buffalo fry did nothave all of the ingredients and was also less than a small, although I ordered a large. I absolutely love Wingstop, I?m just really sick and tired of giving this place try after try. I?ve had my order completely... wrong before, had sauces forgotten, and most recently, I ordered my wings ?well done? with a couple dry rub seasonings. The skinshowed up so pale that the wings seemed like they were barely cooked, and the skin was chewy and not crispy at all, and whileboth flavors of my wings were covered in mass amounts of oil, it seems like no seasoning made it into the mix.
