Not only is this the slowest Whataburger I?ve ever been to in my life, I would go so far as to say this is the slowest fast food... place I?ve ever been in my life. Similarly to many people, I think waiting 40+ min in line at a drive through is unacceptable.This is a consistent thing with this location, especially at night, so make sure you have about an hour to waste to wait to evenorder your food. Obviously this location just doesn?t care because there have been multiple reviews mentioning the same problemand nothing has changed in over a year. It?s really sad that a place that so many Texans love can?t provide better service. Notonly that, but it seems they refuse to improve and are complacent with far below average service. I?ve witnessed employees withAirPods in standing around, employees talking while ignoring customers, and several other instances of extremely poor customerservice. I would recommend finding another Whataburger location because this one has reached the bottom of the barrel. Such ashame since it used to actually be good. I think the only thing that will light a fire under this location is that people stopshowing up at night and they lose out on money and even then, I think they simply just don?t care. I?ve even called theirhotline about the long wait and poor service before and they have told me they would make a report?still no change. This location needs new management. My husband?s burger was hot, but mine was room temperature. The fountain drink drain was... clogged and overflowing. No drink lids, and many of the tables were dirty. The service also did not offer any napkins norketchup. Read more
We are from California and had to try this place, since we always hear it's the south's in n out. And because it was the only... thing opens at 1 am we figured why not. At first glance we were disappointed. The food looked gross and soggy. However it wasall surprisingly delicious. My guy got a burger, said it was great. At this Whataburger, If they send you to the B lane, it means the drivers behind you will receive their order first. I've had... this happen a couple times even when I'm ordering quick breakfast items. I ordered a cinnamon roll once and it was dry and hard.On another occasion, I sat in the line for 20 minutes, arrived at the order box about 5 minutes after 11 and they refused totake my breakfast order. Food was good. Customer service was majorly lacking. Placed an order online to pick up and dine-in. We waited over 30 minutes... for the food only to find out they forgot to be making it. The two guys in the back were standing around doing nothing and Iwatched one pick up and eat fries directly out of the place they are dumped into. GROSS! Manager didn?t seem concerned aboutanything. Came here to use a coupon for the free whataburger. These guys are great. There was no hassle at all. The cashier Odin was very... helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location. The worst Whataburger I've ever been. We ordered at the drive thru. The line was very long and we waited long time. Big... disappointment when we received the food. The fries were not even room temperature, they were literally cold. The toast was coldas well. All the food is not even warm ???? the only thing tastes okay was the soda and that's it. My husband and I where in Texas for the 1st on our honeymoon and trying some of the "fast food" chains not available to us @... home. I instantly became a fan of their White Chocolate Raspberry shake and had to have one each day of our trip. So much thatapon arriving home I needed to order the key ingredients to try and duplicate it. Well it worked pretty well. The employees werevery friendly and respectful. Read more
