I purchased a cup of pistachio and chocolate chip chocolate at the Stonebriar mall yesterday on Saturday, and there was a piece... of twig-like wood in the desert. I was very concerned because this spoonful could have been given to my toddler who we werefeeding and she could have swallowed and choked on this, but luckily my wife was able to distinguish it from a piece ofchocolate. Love the pistachio icecream here. Better than Amorino?s if I had to compare.
Ordered an Espresso Frappe at Paciugo @ Legacy Shops (Plano) where I was told it contains up to 4 scoops of ice cream.... Disappointing that at Stonebriar Shops (Frisco) they said it contained only 3. It was really thin, not good at all. I will notreturn to this Shop, I prefer to drive into Plano for a much pleasant experience with my order. Read more
This review is for location inside stonebriar mall. The gelato is not great and it is very expensive. I tried the lemon and it... had the consistency of shaved iced and was very bitter. The dulce the leche was not creamy and was laking taste. I do notrecommend. Read more
Very very rude people, the manager she has no clue what customer service is. I told her that my drink is so bad I can?t even... taste it and she is like sorry deal with it , NO B . Going to call Nutella to identify there permits and license, they areselling cheap ice cream under Nutella?s name or the container is expired. Read more
This Gelato Cafe is located right next to the food court at the mall adjacent to the carousel. It's a great location as you take... your child or grandchild on the Merry-Go-Round they see the beautiful colors of the gelato advertisement. I've had severalflavors and everyone tasted delicious. They also make some great smoothies. Read more
The worst place I?ve even had coffee before. I ordered a regular hot coffee and it was cold. Took it back to them and the girl... looked at it (didn?t even touch it) and said no its hot. I took a sip in front of her and said it?s not hot. She shook her headand let the manager (Nadia - who was nice) deal with it. Straight up rude service Sue (guess that?s her right name). I wish Ican give negative star to this place. However, 1 star for Nadia for at least being nice. Read more
