Let me start by saying that this place has some of the greatest vibes out there. Staff is amazing, food was outstanding. That... being said, I had to unfortunately give this place a 4 star rating. The reason for this is that the felt on about 5 or 6 tablesI saw, had really taken a beating. There were ball burn marks, stretch marks on the felt and on 3 tables, it looked like thefelt was coming off the rails on the corners where it met the wood. This is usually caused when the felt is stretched way toomuch at the time of install. Probably need to have the installers install felt better. Diamond tables are definitely verydifferent to felt so might be a good idea to research who does the work. Outside of that, the tables played good and true exceptfor maybe half a rail on one table. Unfortunately horrendously unpleasant customer service. Been here twice, a good amount of time apart to see if it was just a... first time thing or if it was the staff. Definitely the staff. Bar staff gentleman was walking around us at the tables, takingdrink and food orders from other customers. So I asked him if my friend and I could order a drink from him and his snide,abrasive, irritable comment back was along the lines of "You could, but I can't tell you when you'll get them." Mind you we hadalso been served by another bar staff member moments before, tables were taken and I waited to see how the staff served theother people around me and which seemed timely. Not enough to make that comment. Maybe that's the treatment some "regulars" tothe establishment receive , which I can understand. But, wouldn't you want to treat new customers with equal service? To thenhave them come back again, refer others to go and visit and in turn have them and others become "regulars"? Unless I'mmisunderstanding the ways to have returning guests in a restaurant/bar/pool hall/ service industry business? If this is thestandard there, as you can read from other comments that reflect the way they treat paying patrons there. Then it was my lasttime to go. I will tell my friends to actively avoid this kind of treatment when in the area and not go there. Pool tables arenice, which is the only reason I gave it another chance, but it was for sure my last. Being treated like that in a business youwant to enjoy outweighs any pool table in that place. Read more
Have been coming to Snookered for a while now and bartenders are awesome!! All bartenders treat us very nice and have been... friendly!! Very nice selection of cocktails. Their craft kitchen items have good selection options and everything is priceddecently. Very much recommended!! Read more

We love coming here before and after FC Dallas home games. This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of meeting with and speaking... to the owner. She gave us some great insight into the menu items and spoke about some of the changes they made. Every time wehave come here, the food has been delicious, the drinks have been well made, and the people have been amazing. The trufflefries and El Cubano are my go-to here. My wife orders a salad or chicken strips, usually. Saturday they have $3 mimosas and itis a GREAT deal! Also, if you are a whiskey/bourbon drinker, they have a pretty decent selection. You can never go wrong havingBuffalo Trace on the shelf! Lastly, the equipment is all really well maintained. The tables all have well kept felt and arelevel. The pool cues are straight. The billiard balls are not chipped or cracked, and the chalk is plentiful! If I could givethis place 10 stars, I would. Read more
(VISITED OCT 28, 21) Too much good to be said about this place. The building is extremely well kept and the service from Maiyia... and Dillon was top notch. They are friendly and are clearly pros at their craft as bartenders and providing excellent customerservice. The food was amazing as well. Ordered the standard Cheeseburger (medium) and a side of the Cheese Mac. Decently pricedfor what some call "bar food". But this is far from just "bar food". My items came quick, perfectly cooked, and was delicious.Excuse the photograph of the food as I had already dug into the Cheese Mac before I thought to snap the photo. Again, the foodwas friggen awesome. If you live in the Frisco area or are just passing through, give this place a try. And to top it off, youcan play a great game of pool and have a drink served by two service unicorns such as Dillon and Maiyia. Good Job Yall! Read more
Food is so great! I love the flavorful dishes and wife really is pleased to come here for them (Happy Wife, Happy Life).... Management and crew are always friendly, outgoing and aimed to please. Tables are really nice and maintained well. If yourlooking for a pool league play, good food or just drinks, you have to give this place a try. I don't think you'll bedisappointed! Read more
Multiple waitresses looked at us and never came up to serve us while we were waiting for husbands to get there. We waited about... 15 minutes, still no service. It definitely had a ?regular vibe? which is great but this place definitely didn?t make themselvesnew regulars because we walked out after no acknowledgement as mentioned. Won?t ever be coming back or recommending to anyone. Read more
