Unfortunately this location is not ready to serve customers. Just left after experiencing a very uncomfortable situation of not... taking care of customers in order or following up with those inside. One gentleman said he ordered 53 minutes before me and wasstill waiting. Another family was waiting 30 minutes when the employee dropped something on the floor, picked it up off thedirty floor and then grabbed the customers burrito with the dirty glove placing it on the warmer. Customer lost his mind as heshould have. I asked for my money back and left. The staff was clearly not trained and some employees did not care at all. Iunderstand it?s tough to staff but they lost many customers today because they aren?t close to being ready. October 1st 2022 forreference. They should shut it down and retrain and have trained ownership or leadership present during peak hours. Crazy!!! Read more

I just picked up a soft potato taco, fiesta potato for my son. And the potato cubes turned out to be as hard as rock / wooden... sticks. I literally hear that crunchy sound when I eat the taco.. If you do not have a fresh food. It better to close thestore. Came to the new store thinking they server fresh food.. what a waste!! Read more

I wanted to give this place a chance, so we went there five times. This will be our fifth time and they still do not have their... stuff together. The beans are always hard and dry, the wait is so long, (like 40 minutes with 4 cars ahead of you) the tacos aresoggy before I even get to park in the parking lot to eat, and the nacho cheese cups are less than half full. I really wanted tolike this place and maybe if I start seeing better reviews I?ll go back but for now, I?m so done with this place. Read more

Drive thru line was long, came inside and never acknowledged so I used the kiosk to order. One worker is just chopping away at... ice on the prep line.The person in the picture waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and the people at the prep line just keeplooking at her. Definitely need more help at this location. It took over 15 minutes to get my food. Read more

There are many things wrong with this Taco Bell. Personally, I am a big fan of taco bell and I get it at least once a month. The... first problem I have here is that they take a long time to get your order. The drive thru line barely moves and it usually takes30 MINUTES for only 5 cars to move. That is ridiculous and what is the point of even having a drive thru at this point callingyourself a fast food service. The second problem I have here is the customer service. This is by far one of the worst customerservice I have seen in any fast food chains. They are very rude and abrupt to customers and one day the worker rudely told me toleave in the drive thru window when i asked for potatoes since one of their machines broke down. Third problem I have is thatthey do not properly know how to listen and take your order correctly. I had to repeat my order like 5 times for the worker tounderstand what I am referring to. And even after that I get home and open the bag and I see the wrong item. I am never comingback here. It?s better to go to any other taco bell?s close by to this area. Read more

I waited 45 minutes for one burrito and one taco to be filled. I was mostly ignored at the counter. Tired of being ignored, I... went to the drive through where I showed my order receipt and confirmation number to the manager who then refused to fill myorder, telling me to get a refund on the app rather than completing my order. The staff was unprofessional, rude andneglectful. I had a slow experience a few days before, but thought maybe they were just running behind and short-handed. Turnsout they were simply terrible employees. If I were the manager, I'd clean house. Read more

Arrived at 12:30, the gentleman on the intercom let me know that though they close at 1am. Informed them that was 30 minutes... from my arrival. He responded, ?yeah, how else do you expect us to clean this restaurant? It doesn?t clean itself.? I reallyenjoy Taco Bell, so I hope they get some workers that actually work. I wasted 45-50 minutes easily. They were out of all the basics. Lettuce, tomatoes, flat bread and more. I was stuck and the... opening to escape drive thru was too small. Asked if they could have folks move to the front and take their order to them so Iwould not have to waste another 30 min and the guy said he didn't know. Asked if his manager could do anything and some ladyyelled at me. They literally let me waste time & gas for another 20 minutes. Not to mention having to find another restaurant &go wait in line elsewhere. To think I gave their app a shot! Whole thing was a waste of time. You expect soft openingchallenges....
