The kitchen service was very fast and convenient; and despite it being pretty busy each of my all you can eat orders came out... fairly quickly . The menu was very easy to read, maybe the best I've seen with clear pictures, descriptions, and names for allthe rolls. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The foodwas accurate, hot and delicious for being all you can eat(28.99+tax). Rolls, sashimi, appetizers all included. It was a verygood experience. I will return. Very good - All the sushi rolls are quite tasty and large. The all you can eat option is great for a group. He rated it 4... stars because on weekends when more people go, they only have 2 waitresses attending all the tables and receiving people. Todaywe ordered lobster popcorn and they gave us something else saying it was and it didn't match the photos on the menu (said by thesushi maker personally). When my squad thinks of Sushi, Damu is always our first option and it never disappoints. +++Quantity: The PROTEIN ratioto RICE is greater then 50%. A rarity in the AYCE Sushi business as they tend to nuke you with rice to fill your belly. ++LargeMenu: Menu is extensive with a huge variety of selectable items. We arrived 7:30pm tonite to celebrate kid's achievement. She likes sushi. Waited 20 minutes for a table which is OK. Could have... been seated faster if more staff were available to clean tables. First round AYCE came at 8:00pm which is not bad, and weimmediately put in second round order. Then the problem came. We waited and waited and until 8:46pm , we still have not gottenour second round of food. Mind that it's a 2 hour AYCE, so we spent half of the time allowed waiting on one round of food. Kidsare starved and began to grow grumpy and tired to a point she fell asleep on the table. Significantly understaffed, total jokefor AYCE. I saw all other tables got served big plates of sushi and they filled a lot of to-go orders, just no food for us, andno respect for kid customers being hungry. Maybe they think the kids are not eating much and didn't need to take care of them orgive them much food, even they pay the same price as adults, or even higher because the younger one paid $19 for approximatelyjust one half roll of sushi and some calamaris. I demanded an update for order at 8:35pm did they start making it. I asked ifthey accidentally forgot to put in our order, and she said no. That mean it was deliberate that they did not work on our orderfor at least 35 minutes. Upon checking, I had to constantly stare at the chef's direction with a hungry look on my face to makethem work on my order. They did escalate it, and the food finally came at 8:50pm. A whopping 50 minutes for just 24 pieces ofsushi. I swiftly put in my 3rd order knowing how long they take to make it. This time the food came super fast at 9:00pm. Sothey were able to make the food fast. They just decided not to do it in the previous round. Pushing so close to store closingtime, and they were reminding us the kitchen is closing and we need to order fast, we had to put in the final order before weeven had time to start eating our third round. the rudest boss in the world! our waitress made a mistake putting our order, and the manager interrupted our dinner instead of... solving it in the back. it was just when we started to eat and it was a very unpleasant moment.
