Store is dirty and not well maintained. The glass on the meat cabinet up front isn't on correctly and has an exposed electrical... cord. Vents are super dusty. Lighting on signs are all out of whack. Even worse, they refused to honor a coupon that I hadsaying that it didn't include most of their sandwiches - even though the coupon specifically states 4 sandwiches and any wrap isexcluded. Last time I'll ever get my sandwich from this store. Read more
Staff here were super friendly and joked with the kiddos. Quick with the meal prep, but didn't skimp on anything. I dig the new... menu options too! Tried "the outlaw" and it was delicious! Read more
This place has really gone downhill! Most of the staff don't hardly care or do quality work. The restaurant has been dirty the... last 3 times I was here and they don't seem to care to clean up after guests. Food is still good, but just not made with qualityand care. Today is especially bad because the HVAC is not working so it's hot!! I'm not holding that against them, but justicing on the cake. Read more
Just got in and out quickly, even with a long line for lunch! There was a lovely woman working the register just now, and she... was so sweet and so kind! She greeted everyone who walked in and is always so nice. There were two other workers assembling thesandwiches (a woman and a young man) and they were FAST!!!! First off, it?s subway. They peaked about 20 years ago. That being said, at least be consistent. I shouldn?t have reiterate to... tell the person making the sandwich to put a topping on the whole sandwich. If I want pickles on half, I?ll tell you so. Iprefer consistency. I walked in with my friends and we orders 2 foot-longs as we finished I her a coupon. Buy one get one free food-long she said... the coupon does not work because I ordered a different sandwich. Anyways I ended up paying 22 dollars which is absurd and I wenton their app and did the deal there and I went up to her and showed her and she says if you can re- order and I can give it toyou? later my friend came with a subway gift card with 25 dollars and she just threw it in the trash without scanning it.Terrible service I feel as if she scammed me because my parents were not there and 22$ for 2 build your own sandwiches?
