This Subway is located conveniently at my local Walmart location and is often quite empty. The lines are very short so you get... service quickly. Yet when I asked if she was... ready to make sandwiches at 9 (I would have happily waited the 5 mins), was told no, that nothing was ready. I am so tired of this subway not getting things right or putting as little as possible on your sub. Why advertise you can get it... made your way if you are NOT going to do that. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway. Read more
No masks, no gloves, no hair nets, didn't know what flatbread was, tried to roll my sandwich. No one was listening or paying... attention. All acted like new employees with no real management. It's just a family, had 12 year olds working here. Read more
Subway sandwiches are always fresh and made to order, no matter which Subway you visit. However, I would not return to this... Subway because the staff were not friendly at all. Not a single smile behind the masks - in fact, I found them to be rude as Icaught them rolling their eyes when they looked at each other while we placed our orders. The boy was quite short with customers(he literally finished my sandwich and put it by the register then walked off to the back without a word and the woman verybegrudgingly accommodated a request to substitute salami for the pepperoni on one of the specialty sandwiches and to give me theside of dressing the boy neglected to include in my bag. We had to repeat requests for items and it just seemed as if they werereally being put upon to prepare the sandwiches. Also, when we asked about a bogo deal we saw online, he impatiently snappedthat they don't participate in the Subway online coupons/discounts at their store.... There are far too many Subways availableto visit to return to one with such miserable atmosphere. Subway food, 5 stars - service at this Frisco location, 1 star forthem at least tolerating customers long enough to earn an hour's wages. Read more
Expectation vs Reality I usually get meatball sub which is usullay good but this time I decided to try a salad. I don't really... have a problem with how sad the salad looks since I usually care about the taste but the amount served is so little compared tothe pictures and the plate that was served on.
