This location is my least favorite. I want to like it because it close to other businesses I frequent, but giving up after... several visits. I went in tonight and there is one employee who had a great attitude, but all of the others seem like they?remiserable, especially if when they get a little busy. This evening, there was a problem with the register/ payment system,which I understand, but say something like ?I?m sorry it may be a moment, while we get this fixed instead of ?just a sec? thenget on the phone for 10 minutes while I stand there in front of you wondering whether or not I can pay for my sandwich which isnow getting cold. I ended up leaving after a few minutes with no communication minus a sandwich. Will never return to thatlocation. Employees in dire need of basic customer service skills. Read more

Bad customer service! They messed up my pick up order and didn't noticed until I got home. I ordered the correct sandwhich and... had to go pick it up again. I drove all the way back and ask to get a refund on the messed up order. After I picked up the newordered I asked if they would give me a refund on the messed up order. They took a while to understand and said I had to bringthe messed up order to give a refund. So they messed up and I have to go back and forth to correct their mistake and theywouldn't give me a refund on a 6 inch subway. Wasn't worth my time to go back home again and come back to fix their mistake. Read more

Worst customer service. Yesterday I ordered online to this location by accident. Came here today to check on my order if they... can provide the sandwich. I was only expecting simple yes or no answer. If they cant give my sandwich they could simply said noit is not possible you need to pick it on the same day. But the lady here is so rude with her response. "If you don't pick yourorder thats your problem not ours. I can't do anything about that" very surprised with that attitude and response. Teach somebasic rules of how to treat a customer. I am regular customer here and you treat me this way. If you don't want to give my orderthat's totally fine and I understand but to respond this way is totally unacceptable. Management please look into this. You aregoing to loose customers with this attitude. Very disappointed. Read more

Second time ordering online from this location because they were the only one open that was close to my house. Each time they... got the order wrong. Forgot to add items to the sandwich and no way of contacting them. Their phone rings and then says mailboxfull every time. Read more

They don't follow instructions given on online orders and subway website options are limited. Subway website/app don't give... choice to choose half and half options on foot long. Especially at this location be careful with sauce, they don't follow ourinstructions rather pour it too much. On my last visit noticed lettuce was not fresh. First time ever noticed a subway storecarrying close to expiry item. Coupons are not always accepted, however, my rating is more for not following the instructions. Had multiple visits and the same consistent bad experience at this store. Read more

Pretty bad. Spinach was old and rotted edges. I asked the attendant if we could get fresher spinach and he said no. He was very... rude and all he wanted to do was stir the spinach to hide the bad stuff. Left and never going back. Read more
