The workers here are super untrained. When asked about literally anything all they do is freeze and say there isn?t a manager... present to ask. Why is there no manager present when the workers don?t know almost anything? The drinks aren?t made like otherStarbucks around. I feel for them because it?s not their fault they?re left alone and not trained correctly but that?s terrible. Read more
It's a great little location. Very friendly and efficient staff. My once a week mocha frap is always perfect.
Horrible attitude from the girl that was there, I think her name was Claudya, she seemed busy but that is not a valid reason to... not even look at you when she is talking to you, she seemed bothered to take our order, it was only 2 simple drinks. She spokeas if she didn't want to. Not buying from this location again. I just read the other reviews and yes, I saw something was in mydrink that I have never seen at other starbucks, something at the bottom of the cup, it looked like an "ice cream" texture. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. I went during a rush but the two young women behind the bar,(I believe their... names were Linzie and Sarah) were happy to help. I ordered a specialty Frappuccino but was delighted that they were so friendlyabout making it. It was super delicious!
