Very rude lady at the drive through. Doesn?t say a single word to me. Just held out scanner to scan my app and rolled her eyes... at me after I grabbed my coffee. I really enjoy the green tea from here. They will put as little or as much sugar as you want. i notice that even with complex... orders they just keep the line moving with a big smile on their faces. Great service and drinks. Read more
I ordered some breakfast, sous vide eggs and London Fog Tea Latte, through the mobile app. Order was ready and waiting for me... when I arrived, everything was correct. Staff were friendly. Parking and the drive-through are a challenge at this location,though. Poorly designed, and located right off a major road. Hard to get in and out of due to the very busy, high traffic area. Milk left on the counter gets warm! When I arrived, there were 5 different milks just sitting on the counter unused. Having milk... out makes it get warm and grow bacteria. Honestly, it?s not hard to put the milk in the fridge between making drinks. (I use tomanage a Starbucks). *Review for Drive through* Possible the worst drive through design I've come across. The entrance AND ordering point is right at... the street, separated by a pavement that makes maneuvering cars tricky. The horrid design often creates a queue that spills outon the wrong side of active traffic and even blocks the entire road. There is enough space for the order point to be movefurther away from the road but don't understand why they have designed a dangerous entrance. My advice would be to either avoidthis location or order inside (it's less busy inside). Read more
A friend of mine went through drive thru to get me a drink while I was opening the store I work at. They didn't have what I... wanted, and unfortunately when my friend called me, I missed her call due to being in the deep freezer. When my friend asked fora suggestion, the person taking the order for her, "Well, you could get a caramel latte... Or you could just not get heranything at all." I was a barista for 15 years, and I know sometimes customers can be a little much. But when my friend told methis, we were both really upset about it. Normally this location is super awesome, but I think I'll start going to another. Read more
