Unfortunately, the staff has no awareness or value of customer service. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong when... I asked questions about the orders. Discovered I was drinking spoiled milk exp 5/11 and it?s 5/17. Not very proactive after I brought it to their attention?they... were checking for more stock and I sat down not to continue standing at the counter. No one came back out so I returned to thecounter to ask for a refund since they didn?t seem to care enough to approach me about refund or at all. Read more

The Customer Service at this location is really a 2...nothing like other locations but if you're in the area and need your... Starbucks fix focus on your beverage quality and not the service. To be fair the friend I was meeting likes this location, sofor it to be my 1st experience here... I'll remain loyal to my other locations ???? Read more

Overpriced coffee and food with horrible service. We made an online order because the app said they were open and taking orders.... My wife arrived and the door was locked and they just kept shouting they were closed. After standing outside in 22 degreeweather for 10 minutes someone came to the door and told her it was a system error and they wouldn't be open for another 30minutes. So she had to go to McDonald's and was late for work. Then I had to de-ice my truck just to drive up here to get myrefund because they were not answering the phone. Starting to understand why the line at dutch brothers down the street isalways so long. Read more

Very disappointed when I arrived home to see my venti iced matcha tea was not full. I understand it busy in the morning, and it... is a shaken drink that foams. However as a customer I expect a venti if I paid for it. Don't order this drink in the drive thrulooks full with the foam! Read more

Hands-down the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Zero customer service. Two days in a row they messed up my order and then... proceeded to argue that they were correct until realizing that they were incorrect. Never an apology, or a thank you, or even asmile. Will never go back to this location. Read more

I have never gone to a more horrible Starbucks! No stoppers in my coffees, they looked as if they were just slammed down on the... counter when I got there to pick them up, and last but not least my coffee was disgusting! I?ve promise I have never had a goodexperience with this location! Ever! At this time, the coffee was just like water and coffee grounds. Total disappointment. Read more

Bartista had a hard time hearing my name even though I yelled it a few times through the window. Also got my order completely... mixed up, ended up waiting so much longer than I'd expected.. Especially this was a mobile order. Update - - received my drink8 minutes later with it half filled. Woo-hoo let's go Starbucks. I won't be back. I'd rather walk into Kroger and go toStarbucks.
