Placed my order online. It said it would be ready at 7:50pm. 5 people came in and placed orders and they rang them up and made... their smoothies. I came in after not seeing my smoothie placed in the pickup station and said I have a pickup order I?ve beenwaiting on. Then they go and check by the register ask me for my name then start making my order. It?s now 8:15pm and I?m justnow getting my order. Never again. Read more
These people don?t know how to make what you ordered. I?ve came here three times and order the same exact thing. I get a... different smoothie every time. They need to properly train their employees. We used to buy from this location before a lot, and it was amazing. But lately, they have been terrible. This is about the 4th... time in a row that they messed the smoothie up. It?s either chunks of ice inside with no taste, little to no vanilla, not wellblended. Read more

Went into the store that I?ve always went to because it?s conveniently close to where I live. They were out of peanut butter, so... I couldn?t get my go-to smoothie. I asked for a refund and wasn?t acknowledged. The young man took someone else?s order after Iadvised I had to be at work, as he just had me standing there waiting. I got a call this morning at 7am from a managers attemptto remedy the situation. She was helpful, however I didn?t appreciate my sleep being interrupted before 8am in the morning,which I do believe is unlawful. Read more
The worker I dealt with had a bad attitude and was really pushy when trying to make my selection. When I received my drinks they... were not completely full. For the price you pay for these smoothies you should get a full cup. On a positive note the drinks didtaste really good. Read more
Service was great! Britt. I walked in today and immediately started taking clothing off it was so hot. Your employees in here... are sweating and hot and it is uncomfortable as hell in here. The AC being out for a month or longer is unacceptable. Noexcuses. Make the calls. Get it done. Read more
