I like how this location is convenient from the gym, however i would want to make a suggestion when training the new people to... make sure they blend the smoothies well as my Power punch plus had too many chunks of strawberries not blended well, I canalmost choke on the strawberry chunks, and my smoothie was too much like an icee snow cone. Came back in last week and themanager was super chill and awesome for making two of my smoothies free of charge, from my previous review! That made my dayhonestly! My go to smoothie spot! Ordered a vegan mango kale. It was made improperly. Manager told employees.."hey that has no kale its wrong". Employee proceeds... to ignore and attempt to give me smoothie "without" the kale I just paid for! I love smoothie king and with cancer this has become a staple for me. Yesterday I ordered online ahead of time. The app said... it would be ready by 5:33 (and I dont expect that to be accurate all the time). But I got there about 5:35 and there were 2people waiting on smoothies. My smoothie isn?t ready and in the meantime a man walks in and orders. There are 3 employees, onegoes to the back while the other 2 mosey around with no urgency. 1 seems to making a smoothie but doesn?t look so sure ofhimself while the girl just slowly walked around working in others. The man who ordered after all of us gets his smoothie first.I didn?t get my smoothie until 5:48. I don?t mind if they are busy, but please teach your staff some urgency and don?t go tothe back if you can help customers get served out front. I will be back but hoping for better service Read more

This Smoothie King never gives me the smoothie I ask for. I have came here three times in a row, and gotten the wrong smoothie... each time. A couple times it was blended poorly. Not happy with this location, and won?t be recommending anybody to go here. Read more
