Food is decent but they forget part of my order or mess up my order almost every single time I go through their drive-thru line.... I reached out to the manager after the last time the order was incorrect and she offered a gift card but then never sent thegift card. It would be so nice to have a reliable Tex-Mex place for a quick dinner on busy nights but Rosas has let me downnumerous times. Read more

Every location I go to, it's okay.... it's clean and well presented. However don't order the cheese enchiladas!!! because you... get a hard wad of cheese in the center I have a tortilla, horrible horrible!!! and then the chicken enchiladas have no sauce onthe inside they are dry as anything... Let me just say I love this Rosas! I have never gotten an incorrect order. And the one time out of 4 years almost come daily for... breakfast I went back through the drive through and they not only corrected my chorizo and bean taco but they gave me two!That?s what I call customer service. Was really good. Came after church whole families hungry. We spent about $55 bucks for drinks dinner and dessert. We had combo... fajitas and carrot cake. The carrot cake honestly taste as good as my moms. It wasn't terribly busy my girls got to run aroundand we enjoyed our food. The bathroom even smelled pleasant! Only problem is...I'm so full! 2nd time at Rosa's Cafe, 1st at this location (Frisco). The food was great, fresh condiments, at a great price. I had the... Smothered Burrito ????. It wasn't crowded considering it was dinner time.
