Let me start by saying we order from this location frequently and have always been pleased with the service. Today, however, was... different I initially went to place a delivery order, but the delivery time was up to 90 minutes instead, I placed a curbsideorder what you said it will be ready in 35 minutes. I selected contactless curbside delivery. Upon arriving, I selected thecheck in button for saying that I am here. This was approximately five minutes before the time it was supposed to been ready. Iwaited for awhile and then realized approximately 20 minutes had passed. So I called and spoke with young lady, who said shewould let the store know that we were waiting. In the meantime, I am watching staff from Pizza Hut bringing pizzas out to theparking lot. I waited another 7 to 10 minutes and then I called back. The young lady says that she?s transferring me to thestore and supposedly the store manager answers. I tell her that I am waiting in the parking lot for my curbside order and I wasjust checking in to see what was going on. She proceeds to tell me that she knows we?re waiting and that they?re busy andthey?re helping each other out inside of the restaurant and they don?t have anybody to bring the pizzas out for curbside. So Iasked her how was I supposed to know that and that I have been sitting there now for almost 30 minutes past the time the pizzawas done and that had a known I would?ve just come in 30 minutes ago and got the pizza instead of sitting here, while my pizzasat ready inside the store. Her response was there is nobody to bring it out. We?re doing everything to helping each otherinside here and that?s just it. I said I understand they?re busy, I get it, and maybe they should pull the curbside delivery offas an option if they?re not going to do it, so that people like me aren?t sitting there waiting for something that is nevergoing to happen.
