Food was ok, but the service was terrible. The waitress could use more training in how to be more attentive to customers. This... used to be one of my favorite places to eat pho. Not anymore. Read more

My husband and I use to eat here on a regular bases. But now we don?t see the logic behind the price increases on Phó. Their... bowls use to be $8.50 now they?re $12.50 for a regular. Very disappointed because it?s definitely not worth that much for asingle bowl. Read more

It was so good! I got the spicy chicken noodle soup and grilled chicken rolls. Large amount and very delicious.

Ive been coming here for years. The quality has gone down continuously. Always short staffed. It got to the point where my LARGE... pho had 3 pieces of chicken in it... i kept coming regardless, but I have to finally admit that its not worth it anymore...today my large pho, again with the same little 3 pieces of chicken finally devolved where the broth was tasteless. Literallywater. Dont bother, go somewhere else. Get yourself a cup of hot water and drop a chicken bullion in it. It will have alot moreflavor and cost 5 cents... Read more

We like their other locations in Addison, Garland and Richardson, Texas. This location was too busy to properly clean the... tables. The veggies were not up to the standard as other PQH stores. They were posting for help which might explain theveggies. We tried this place again a month later on a takeout, it was barely noon. When we opened the orders, greatdisappointment! Eight orders were placed, the bean sprouts, jalapeno and Vietnamese basil were in two plastic bags, they're sowilted, it's like they've been in the bags for days. They didn't label the phó containers, we weren't sure they actuallyprepared the orders correctly. We didn't complain, but this place is no longer on our list. Read more

Chicken noodle is nowhere close to the picture they shown on the menu (instead of big chunk of chicken meat, all u get are... slices of chicken). However, it tastes good. Highly recommend their cold noodle (forget what that call but it?s soup-less andcold). The noodle is very chewy and in great texture, which is hard to make. Not many Vietnamese restaurants can do that. Butat the same time, portion of the shrimps and meat are small. I would have given a 5 star if the waiting time can be shorten; 25min is a bit longer than the normal waiting time for a Vietnamese noodle soup place. Read more

The last two times I have been to this location, I have both really enjoyed the food and the amazing customer service. I had... both the curry chicken noddle soup and the basil chicken flat noodle here, and both dishes were excellent. The staff that worksat this location are also super friendly & helpful, compared to the other location I have been to. In addition they have a greatthai tea! Read more
