Please Note this review is for the Main Street location in Frisco. Recently my wife and I ordered take-out and after she... arrived back home with our meals and hers looked nothing like what she ordered or what is pictured on their website so I calledto speak with the Manger. According to the Manager they are no longer using the same ingredients in their Orange Chicken and itwas very obvious. It looks and tastes, "Horrible". Restaurants should never be allowed to advertise something the consumer willnever get. On a side note: Had we seen the picture of the bugs in one of the reviews shown I can guarantee you we never wouldhave ordered from this establishment in the first place. In closing I would like to say that it appears making money is moreimportant than keeping it's customers happy and safe. It's absolutely disgusting to know that food from a restaurant is servedwith bugs in it. The Health Department needs to close your restaurant. Read more
We ordered take out from this location and found a fly in our food.
Horrible place/management ? Went there to dine in, with family for the first time ever after the pandemic as H?E?B is houseful... and paid heavy price for nothing. 1. The high school kid at the counter couldn?t take order properly, over-ordered and what?ssupposed to be the immediate refund turned out to be long haul at their mercy/discretion. 2. The tables are greasy while thestaff pretends cleaning. 3. No lids available for the drinks despite of asking twice and the drinks are just sugars (nocarbonation in Dr Pepper) & just waters (no Coke). 4. Now, the main course. The food is stale across all the ingredients. Weleft half the food in the small-portioned plates. 5. Our kid vomited in the car due to stomach ache while we, the parents, feelalmost the same. 6. I?m now at a car wash to clean the car while wondering how to purge our stomachs. This place sucks. Notagain! Read more
The Pad Thai that I ordered tonight was incredibly dry and lacked flavor. I called the restaurant to give feedback and the man... who answered the phone said ?ok thanks for the feedback.? No apology, no offer to re-make it, etc. I don?t recommend going here. Read more
