Very pretty location, but the employees were just not nice. Took 15 minutes to process the customer in front of me with a simple... order, creating a line behind him. They were out of three of the 6 drinks and didn?t seem to care to refill them even whenasked. Their drive through was not working. They need more training and more staff members. Read more

No drive thru. Over a half an hour wait for a salad. No croutons. Literally the worst Panera Bread Franchise.

This Panera opened recently and there are ROOMS for improvement. They are supposed to be opened at 7 but several customers were... waiting outside until 7:10 am when a few employees showed up together and we followed in. That's the time they turned on thelights in the dining area. In addition, a few min after I placed my order on the machine, they told me they didn't have it andasked me if I could get something else. Though the manager was apologetic and offered refund, I think they need to fix theiroperation quickly. For me, I will be going to other Panera Bread near by for the time being. Read more

Their drive thru needs improvement. I went to pick up lunch and ordered a chicken Avocado without chipotle or peppers, I got... with peppers and no sauce. I also ordered a entire sandwich and just got half of it. I stayed on line for a long time and got myorder wrong. The lady gave my sandwich and went back inside, she came back and asked if I would like anything else, I said ?mydrink?. I guess she thought I didn?t pay for it, she looked at me confused. I won?t be back to this location unless i don?t haveanywhere else to go. Read more

The food and service were great, as with all the Panera Bread locations; however the drive through was treacherous. I?ve never... seen a Panera Bread drive through so narrow and winding. It looks as if others were having issues as well. This was evidencedby the excessive tire marks on the sides of the drive through curbs. I have an estimated $250 worth of damage to my tire rim. For this reason I?ll have to instead go to the Panera Bread on Main Street and the Dallas North Tollway that has a betterplanned and executed drive through. Read more

Service and food are up to par in my opinion with other Panera locations, although when I asked what "Green Goddess" salad... dressing actually is, no one could tell me. Avoid the drive thru like the plague. It is the most poorly designed drive thruI've ever seen. It's curbed on both sides, but the lane is WAY to skinny, which is exasperated by the fact that it zigzags, andthen the exit twists and is far to thin. Impossible to get through in anything but a Miata without curbing your wheels, asproven by the dozens and dozens of tire curb rash marks along the drive thru lane. Read more

This is the second time I?ve been at this new location, and I?m sadly not impressed the food is good but the service is not up... to standard. Twice they have let my food sit on the counter and just letting it sit getting cold and no one there calling myname when my food is ready. And their espresso machine is down and you can?t order lattes at all?very sad for a new location.Management needs to fix this asap. Read more
