I've had several annoying experiences at Panera (all related to wrong/missing items), but this was by far the worst. Placed an... online delivery order (due to the pouring rain) for over $100 for a group lunch at work, and was missing the soup. Ok, annoyingbut they should be able to deliver the soup right? Wrong. Called the manager and he said they didn't have any drivers, but he"knew" he put the soup in my bag. Um, ok guy. Don't know what to tell you because there was no soup. Says he would call thedelivery driver and supervisor to ask whether they had any idea what happened to the soup. Like it jumped out of the well packedbag on its own. Soup has been known to do that. He said he could either refund the soup or I could come and get a replacement.In the pouring rain. After I not only paid a delivery fee, but a good tip. Really annoyed now, but it's for a group lunch so Igo get the soup, thinking surely he'd make it right after making me drive there in the pouring rain after paying, then notreceiving my full order. But no, that would require good common sense and customer service skills. How does the manager make itright? He gives me an order of the soup I was shorted when I get there and more humming and hawing about how he "knows" he putthe soup in the bag. And nothing more. Wow. What a shining example of customer service. He said he'd call me once he heard backfrom the delivery driver to "make it right." Never heard from him. I'm done with Panera orders. Why pay such a high price whenyou don't receive what you order literally half of the time, which is only expounded by the terrible service and complete lackof accountability. One of my most favorite restaurants in my area, there soups and sandwiches tasted good the customer service was great the wait... time for my food was not bad and the prices of the food was great, perfect place to come out for a lunch break. Read more

Love driving thru this location. The food is good for a quick bite and it always tastes fresh. The Bacon Bravo is my Togo... Sandwich with a bag of chips. Usually avoid the drinks in the drive thru because we ordered unsweetened tea but got a tea andcoffee mixture that was just horrible. Overall experience has been good tho. Read more
