So we love NBC and order often. However today I went in to order 5 of them. Only to pick up one now the rest I told the young... lady I could get the rest the next day or even Friday. The manager came out and scolded me on next time I had a order this bigto call ahead 24 hrs. I explained I was fine with picking the 4 up Thur or Friday. She repeated again in a very rude tone aboutgiving them 24hr advance notice. I am not sure what I did wrong maybe because I came in instead of ordering over the phone? Butafter being treated this way and I just dropped $170+ dollars, I won?t order the next 8 I need for next week from here. I need 5to 8 a week. I will now try another location even if I have to drive further. I don?t need to be talked to or scolded. I knowbetter then to expect anyone to fill a order the same day. Read more
I'll be honest. It's the cream cheese icing for me! Although I prefer to get cake from smaller bakeries, when it's last minute... and I need a good cake that I know everyone will love....Nothing Bundt never fails. My daughter absolutely loves the cakes here, so she finally convinced me to try them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the... door, and the cashier patiently waited for me to make my selections. I ended up ordering the carrot, red velvet, and lemonbundtlets. After paying for my order, the cashier thanked me for my business. I absolutely love the décor in the store, it wasclean, smelled great and has a fresh, inviting feeling. I had the carrot bundtlet and it was moist, packed with flavor, andtasted so delicious. My daughter had the red velvet and said it really hit the spot. These little cakes are going to be greatgifts and treats for me to give to friends and family. I will definitely come back again soon. Hands down the best red velvet cake. Products are always fresh. Allow yourself extra time when going to pick up, even if you... pre-order. They are always busy and it takes a bit for them to pull your order. Typically have a small selection you can buythat day if you didn't order. Read more
This place. I swear, they are always late. It's NBC Standard Time. If they tell you it'll be ready at 2:00, just add another... half hour. Usually no big deal but when you have a packed schedule with a bunch of other stuff to do it is super annoying. Oh,and the snotty attitude doesn't help either, btw. Read more
Extremely rude. Ordered blueberry got chocolate raspberry. Refused to give us a little flag for Father's day because ordered... bigger cakes. Told small ones would be twenty minute wait. 6 people working but no one to help. Never returning. Read more
The cakes I bought were not as good as I?ve previously had from other locations. They were a bit dry. My main reason for 3 stars... is a combo of taste and the fact that I had to wait over 15 mins outside for my order that I had placed over 3 hours before pickup. Everything was ready but we were not allowed in to simply get our stuff. We had to wait for someone to bring it in. I wasalready at the front of the line and instead of letting me in, I was told to wait on the side. People who were in line and didnot order online were in and out the door so much faster ????.
