Excellent healthy food options, although limited selection. They have more sugar free syrups than Starbucks, and the baristas... are happy and laughing! If you don't like very sweet lattes, have them do less pumps of syrup, otherwise the signatures drinkscome out very sweet! Read more

We try to unwind here with the standard menu by rotating randomly through the hot and cold beverages and indulging in desserts.... Abundant seating adjacent to the shop does indeed make us biased towards the pit stop. While other Nordstrom stores have Ebar,for some reason this place is our favorite. Read more
Coffe was served warm, not hot enough
This one's my favorite coffee shop it's right outside of Nordstrom's and part of Nordstrom's inside Stonebriar Mall. It has a... good variety of coffee I like the dark mocha but the plus about this coffee shop is the drip coffee is unlimited refills. Notall the employees here will inform you of that but there was a really nice lady I wish I could remember her name but she let meknow one day and ever since now my hubby goes and gets the refills when he's with me. The service was terrible with two of the young ladies working. They did not want to wait on me at all. They place my latte on... counter and didn't call my name staff was rude. Highly disappointed with Nordstroms and their service. This was my first timevisiting their Cafe side. I'll stick with Coffee and Wine at The Shops at Willow Bend! Read more
