I have purchased many cookies cakes from this location over the years and had never run into any issues with this place.... However, on Saturday, October 8th, I stopped by to order a large cookie cake (For my son's birthday from them and placed theorder for pick up the following day, provided the birthday details, the theme for the cookie (Harry Potter colors) and theperson taking the order, said it would be ready the following day (Sunday) at 1:00 p.m. My husband and the birthday boy stoppedby to pick the cookie up and were told there was no order. Then they looked and saw that the order was still on their clipboardarea, then stated they could not do the Harry Potter colors. I was so upset and so was my son. I must say, I WILL never stop byand purchase anything at this location. Read more

Let?s begin this review for worst customer service i?ve had in a long time. Me and my family (4 people in total) place an order... for two coffees, a white mocha (cold coffee) and one hot chocolate. We receive one coffee. After forever, we receive ?hotchocolate?. We quickly realise it?s plain milk and show it to the girl (purple hair) who took the order and she says ?oh no,that?s just froth?. We stir and check, it was just milk. Then she replaces it. We prod for our order after a few minutes and shesays ?They?re being prepared. One after the other. I mean, i don?t know what else to tell you.? We ask the girl (Summer)preparing our orders where the rest of the stuff is and she says ?i?m forgetful.? Okay? (I am empathetic but I thought that wasyour job, you could go back and read the order instead of not taking responsibility) I get my iced mocha and it turns out to bea bad cold coffee. Okay. No complaints. Then we ask for where our second coffee is. The girl says ?You didn?t order it? We?relike, ?yes we did.? She keeps arguing back and forth and finally says ?Oh, I didn?t hear it then. I just heard 1?. Not tomention the expressions these two are making at us are condescending from the get go ? while my mum and I are later trying tonicely tell them the issue and sort it. The girl preparing the order finally looks at us and goes ?Look, I didn?t take yourorder, and right now i?m feeling really attacked.? I was FLUSTERED. You don?t want to atleast HEAR the order out since youliterally just said you?re forgetful? We finally gave up and left in a bad mood. Neither of them thought to even pretend to beapologetic. They just kept asking us to move to the side and wait. The expressions they made while preparing our order alonewere enough to leave a bad taste. Save your money and go elsewhere! Disinterested. Unapologetic. Extremely rude and stuck up.There is a limit to entitlement. I bit my tongue and left the place. Read more

I love buying a little snack here every time I come to the mall, but the fact that I was denied 3 ice-cream sandwich today... because they had closed up the ice cream section. I completely understand about being last minute customer and closing processbut it was like a good 30-40 min to closing. Very un professional and bad customer service today Read more

We arrived at the mall location at 12:30pm. To empty cases. There were two employees, both of which did not seem interested in... being there. It took a good minute to even be greeted, even though they were both standing in the front. No cookies were readyuntil almost 1:00pm. We normally love this location and Nestle is always a stop when we visit the Stonebrier Centre. Weunderstand being short staffed in todays world, but being rude is unacceptable. 2 stars for this visit because the only positivething was we did get fresh cookies. Read more

Ordered son's birthday cake online. When I arrived I was told that the online orders are still going to a previous owner. They... offered zero apologies and had no cakes of any size to sell me. They then referred to go to Great American Cookie. Read more

I ordered a cookie cake for my birthday from this Nestle shop. The owner, Kyle, was fantastic to work with. He and the cookie... decorator really made my vision come to life. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a pleased customer. Thank you!!!! Read more

With a little snafu from wanting to order through GrubHub, I called the Nestle Cafe directly and spoke to the kindest and most... helpful staff member - George! After the cancellation of my GrubHub order, George let me know that they could deliver directly. He took the order for a big birthday cookie and told me that he would take care of it. He knew the circumstances of thebirthday recipient - my mom who has leukemia. George delivered the big birthday cookie directly and told me that my mom was sopleased. How much better customer service could one hope for when you live thousands of miles away? On top of George?s kind andpersonalized care of my order, I contacted him and said that I didn?t leave a tip while placing the order directly. George saidnot to worry! I don?t know if George is an owner or an employee, but I applaud him for such personal care! Forget birthdaycakes; it?s Nestle Cafe birthday cookies for my loved ones forever! Thank you, George!
