Twice now, I have ordered meals through the app for mobile pick up. The first time, I waited 15 minutes and then called the... restaurant and told them I had been waiting 15 minutes for my food. Tonight, I waited 20 minutes before calling. No oneanswered. I am now in the drive thru line. I hope they have proof that my meal has been paid for. Read more
The drive thru lane was very slow, probably the store was low on staff. I got a Mc Chicken and Spicy McChicken. Both tasted... fresh and as expected. Order pickup was much quicker. Read more
If you?re using the mobile app to order or use the deals in the app, avoid this place at all cost. No one here seems to know how... the mobile app system works and they won?t even attempt to help fix the issues. First issue was I had selected to pick up mymobile order through the drive thru. When I had gotten to the speaker they told me they didn?t have my order. When I drove up,they told me that I selected in restaurant pick up and not drive thru. Mind you I?m already at the drive thru window but thelady refused to give me my order and told me I had to park and walk in. Second issue, I wanted to take advantage of the $1breakfast sandwich deal in the app. I selected it and had the code ready to order. At the driver thru speaker the lady keptasking me for the code and kept telling me there was no mobile order for my code. I wasn?t using it for a mobile order, I?musing it for the deal. I place my order and I get to the window. I ask the lady why my total was higher than it should be, shebroke down my order and the deal I wanted to use didn?t populate in their system. She asked me for the code again and tried it afew times before giving up and telling me my total again. Reluctantly I paid it since I was holding up the drive thru line atthis point. However the manager who was there never made an attempt to fix the problem. This is the only McDonald?s restaurantthat has given me issues with the app. They need better training on how use the codes. Read more
Terrible service. Waited in the drive through to get my order from some skinny punk who looked high out of his mind. Doesn?t say... anything just stares at me. After I drive away I realized they forgot half of my meal, so I went inside waited in line for 10mins no one helping me, the manager just looks at me and completely ignores me taking her sweet time.
