Even though I've been to this McDonald's almost every other day because we have the McDonald's app, they would not let us use... the same card to pay for two separate orders since we were in the same car. That just seems ridiculous to me. So my friend whois riding with me can't pay for my order? No other McDonald's locations that we've visited (and we visit A LOT) has enforcedthat rule. Even if that was protocol, there was no reason for the cashier to have an attitude. Even when she called the managerover, the manager didn't assist the issue or explain it to us, was just super short with us and clearly had an attitude whichreflected poor customer service. I normally wouldn't even post a negative review, but this is the second time in the same weekwe had visited this particular McDonald's and had an issue. The first time I had ordered a double cheeseburger and the bread wasso stale that it broke apart as I was eating it and they were little black things in it. That really sucks because I was on myway to a church class and couldn't address the problem for lack of time. So I decided to give them a second chance because theyare so close and on the way, but now I'm going to be extremely wary and I hate that because the location is so convenient forme. ???? Read more
Went inside to place my order drive-through line was long I stood there for about 5 to 8 minutes or more no one acknowledged me... I finally said can I get some help the girl came over when an attitude I ask for Pacific order oatmeal she was very rude, sheraised her voice at me I raised my voice back, she told me I?m not taking your order because I raise my voice because I gave herback what she gave me I?m the customer give respect, I was not rude to her I explain to her what I needed. she told me she wasnot taking my order voided the order and walked away I ask to speak to a manager she said I am the ?damn?manager and turned herback. I haven?t been to a McD?s for years. We were in town visiting family and needed a quick and affordable breakfast. I just want to give a shout out to Jesus, the manager at this McDonald?s. I ordered an Egg McMuffin through the app a couple of... minutes before 11 AM. When I got there breakfast, was over and my breakfast sandwich was a no-go. After a bit of conversation heoffered to cook me one and I told him no that was OK, I would just order something else in the app. He was very nice and offeredme whatever I wanted off the menu ?for the inconvenience?. Well maintained place with good employees. Frequently cleaned up. During my first visit I chose my food to be delivered at the... table via app, they did. During my second visit they didn?t and food was at the checkout station and no one informed about it.Other than that, I like this place for its cleanliness. Read more
If I could rate them a negative I would. Placed an order asked for it to be fresh They asked me to wait no problem. They get... the order wrong..no problem..fixed it.
