Omg slow service sheesh . Even with 4-5 cars ahead of me I've never experienced this slow service on my side of town. Went to... 2 different locations over here on the same day. Sweet tea in the early afternoon. Dr pepper and fries in the evening. . Custerand the toll and Custer and Eldorado both slow. Maybe just two more locations unfortunately never to be the same since covid. Almost every place seems to have a worker shortage maybe that's what was going on but even on my side of town they still seem toget the cars moving much faster. Manager extremely rude. I placed a mobile order and used the drive-through. he complains about his computer freezing and says to... go to the window. I get to the window he says why did you go to the window? I said because you told me too. Not very happy inhis job. And definitely should not be a manager. Read more
I?ve been here twice and both times they have been rude and unprofessional. The gentleman in the drive thru yelled at me both... times. The 1st time I asked him what did he say because I couldn?t hear him he literally started yelling to the top of his lungs& the 2nd time he asked for my order but then started yelling for me to stop because he was at the window. They need somecustomer service training immediately. I?m a manager and I would terminate you on the spot for treating a customer this way. Read more
I hit this drive through often. The staff here are friendly and the General manager is often present, talking with customers and... sending them quickly on their way. It's a convenient and easy to access store. The fries are always hot and the drinks are icycold. Read more
A couple times the mcgrilled has been a little tough like it wasn't fresh but other times is so buttery soft I total enjoy the... bad calories I'm shoving in my mouth. Service is quick and efficient through the drive thru and always nice. Read more
Horrible experience! We wanted to try McDonalds after pretty long time but it just added disappointment. 1. Waited in the... drive-through lane for more than fifteen minutes. 2. Order taker is a sloth. That?s the root cause of the wait. 3. Besides, thekid at the second window is eating while serving. I was literally shocked and asked him to wash hands before handing over myorder. 4. Finally, wrong order was served first while the order still missing the exact order. Not again! Read more
