Our family loves getting their cookie cakes for birthdays and other remarkable events - I don't like the chocolate icing, but... every other icing is just their white icing with food coloring, and it's awesome. Great Cookies, Great Service! My daughter and I popped by here to grab a little treat. We had a coupon for a free cookie, but... as we looked at all of the delicious cookies in the display case, we just couldn?t decide what we wanted, so we ordered 4cookies. The cashier told us that since we purchased the Kitchen Sink cookie, we would receive another cookie for free, so endedup walking away with a total of 5 cookies for the price of 3 cookies. What a deal! The cookies were soft, fresh and absolutelydelicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return again. Read more

I ordered a cookie cake with custom colors that said ?congrats!? at around 6:50pm on may 11th 2021 with uber eats. I waited... until around 7:50, when i got a message on the uber eats app from the driver that informed me that when he had gone to thestore they told him they don?t support uber eats. The driver ended the order which originally charged me but i was able toeasily get a refund with the uber eats app. I don?t believe this is any fault of uber eats, but quite possibly some lousilytrained worker who didn?t know the store was supporting uber eats. Will not be ordering again. Very negative experience. Read more
they need to have nut warning signs for ALL of their cookies. I am allergic to cashews and I am always cautious of what nuts are... in what foods. But i ate a cookie called ?chewy chocolate? and it had 0 indicators of containing nuts. I have been throwing upfor HOURS as my body is trying to get it out of my system. i hope this does not happen to anyone else. I know it can be annoyingtelling every single person ?this does contain nuts, just so you know!? or at least start putting signs. thank you ! Read more
Ordered cookies from the Stonebriar location and had my husband to pick them up to find that they were hard! They did not... freshly bake these cookies for pick up. It?s ALWAYS hit or miss at this location and the Eldorado location. Also, they hiremostly kids that do not care about customer service. I?m done spending $9 for 6 cookies!! I?ll go to Tiff Treats where yourcookies are ALWAYS baked to order when ordered online or over the phone. Read more
I got a cookie cake (take it home and decorate kit) and it was really nice! The cookie tasted good and the icing was really easy... to use. ???? I've also gotten decorated cookie cakes from the Willowbend location in the past and they were great! Read more
