Outstanding! Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Enough for the next day. If you want the best Asian food in Frisco this is the... place. We have been ordering from here for more than 12 years. Charged me 10 cents per pack of soy sauce. Food Portions were about 50% less. Food was good.
They used to be great i had rated them at 5 stars for years. Portions have gotten much smaller for the same price, disappointed... with last visit on April 2022, $15 for Shrimp Fried Rice and 2 house eggrolls. I used to always tell people about their qualityfood for decent price. But now for these portions I might as well go to Panda Express. $10 for 3 Meats and rice. Read more
If I could give Lucky 99 zero stars, I would. We are FREQUENT customers, and usually the food is exceptional. Unfortunately, the... last two times we have ordered the curry, it has been unpalatable due to a spice level that is so intense you can smell it andit burns the nose. We brought this to their attention the first time, they assured us that it is supposed to be "creamy andmild" per the menu. We trusted our favorite Chinese restaurant that this was simply a mistake. Tonight, it was HORRIBLE...AGAIN.After calling and receiving the WORST customer service, they expected us to drive (in a storm) back to the restaurant to remakeit. LOL This will be our last visit to Lucky 99. Too bad they have lost our business considering we order often enough thatthey know us by name. Find another place to eat, there are plenty of places in town that would love your business and thisisn't one of them. Read more
Honestly was very surprised at how much I enjoyed what I got from here last night (Hunan with Veggies ???? ???? ) as well as the... spring rolls with an amazing sauce. We?ve seen this place a ton and never stopped in until now, I can definitely say that I?llbe back. My brother and wife also loved their meals as well (broccoli ???? beef ????). Food quality is amazing. Fast and great customer service. The male who works there is very resourceful and will answer all your... questions. He delivers the best customer service. I literally eat here at least 4-5 times a week! Ive tried a couple differentplates and they are all good and quality is amazing. Great portions. Clean place too! Read more
