I'm new to the area and got a "Welcome to the neighborhood" coupon. The special and weekly offers are really good. The taste and... juiciness of these wings are really different to Popeye's and Cane's. The sauces are also unique, my most favorite is the HoneyMustard. The bread and fries within the meals are also very tasty.Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Wanted toadd that over the last few years I've had Layne chicken for so many times. Quality and taste is still on point. Prices haverisen, but their offers are still there making it a bargain compared to places like Raising Cane's or Slims chicken. Read more
The chicken was hot a fresh!!! The only downside was they ran out of the spicy tenders and that was the only reason that I... wanted to eat there, but there regular tenders are just as good. I just wasn?t satisfied by them. Would definitely go back whenthey have spicy tenders. Read more
UPDATE Jun 2022: Back for an overdue helping of chicken fingers. Their sauce is very good. We get two 3-finger piece meals; save... one for leftovers and split the other one with potato salad instead of fries. Very tasty. We have been here several times sincemy visit in 2020 as well as the other location in Allen. Lots and lots of chicken restaurant competition in Collin county. Toomany good places. UPDATE 2020: OooRah! Yes, they are open for dining in. We think they serve the best chicken fingers in Collincounty. Their own sauce to dip into is the best. We have been to three different locations and they are all good. Best choicefor us is two 4-piece chickens with potato salad side. Eat one meal take the other home. Read more
As a owner of a small business, to see this kind of hospitality was very rewarding. The staff were excellent, service was... superb, and food was everything we were hoping. This was Epoxy Guys first time to Lanes chicken in Frisco and we will definitelybe back. Jessica working behind the cash register was very welcoming with a great smile that was inviting. Blake is a stand upyoung man, he came by our table to ensure guest satisfaction. These are definitely things that keep people coming back. The sauces here are really good and the staff was very nice. I wouldn't say this is a terrible place to eat but there are so... many other great alternatives when it comes to chicken. It would be amazing if Layne's and Canes got together. I like Layne'ssauces and fries but their chicken tenders are lackluster. Don't bother ordering the chicken wrap. It's 60% lettuce with alittle bit of cheese and grilled meat. I've had better wraps from the Walmart deli. Read more
Underrated. It was empty, it's across DNT from Cane's. But this place still gave me fresh Hot tenders, I don't mind waiting one... bit for fresh food, it was only 3 minutes after paying for fresh hot tenders). Friendly service. Keep pushing ahead, I love theSpicy Tenders and spicier sauce. Give 2 toasts instead of 1 and that would really make it vs Cane's. Read more
