Overall, the sandwich was good as what I expected of a sub chain. The bread was warm and soft. The fillings were cheesy and... saucy with thin slices of savory beef but if cools down a bit, it will get a tad dry. However, docking points for service.First off, the staff was respectful and by no means I was expecting a fine or even casual dining service experience. I orderedonline and arrived 5 mins after the stated pick up time and asked for my order but I was told it was being made (kindaunderstandable, it was rush hour). So I just chill and waited for 10 mins (36 mins from ordering time with 4-5 ppl on staff)while people came and go. Then I noticed an order being placed in the carry out rack but I thought it must be of someone else.Waited a bit more and got closer to the rack and noticed it was mine. Not a courtesy notification or asking if the order wasmine despite being the person in the store waiting the longest. Everyone else before and after me had their orders handed tothem. They still have the audacity to have the tip option, which I did give, in the ordering form before you get to experiencethe service. For this chain?s social media management: take this as a feedback to improve the service as I do not seek anyfollow ups and I do not reveal personal identifiable information. This occurred some day in the week of October 31st during thediner rush hour. Read more

Please note that this review is an edit of a previously provided review regarding an experience I had at this establishment. I... would like to take the opportunity to commend the management and leadership of this location. My review was a bit critical butthe leadership team for this location immediately reached out to better understand my concern and shared with me the actionsthey planned to take to address my concern ensuring it doesn?t happen again in the future for all patrons. I would like to standwith my previous statements corrected. I appreciate the customer service. I will certainly be visiting this location many timesin the future. An additional point of note, I have changed my star rating from 2 to 4 stars. They are much deserved. Read more

I really wish they'd learn the meaning of "EVERYTHING"... Every. Single. Time. Dating years back, having to explain to them what... "EVERYTHING" means is quite comical, and kinda sad actually with today's education system. WTH Jersey Mike's!? Anyway, besideshaving to school them on simple English word, they do offer delicious and fresh made sandwiches. Read more

Jersey Mike's has good subs and decent prices. I use to go to the one in Plano by my office. I'm glad they opened one closer... to my home. It is a good alternative to the fast food restaurants. Read more

I have been a customer of this location since it opened and used to order regularly. I like how easy it is to use the website or... the app to order and the timing works perfect for me to get a short ride in on my motorcycle to pick it up. My last 2 ordersthough have been seriously disappointing. I thought my last order was the worst sub I ever had there but today beat it. I orderthe same thing every time and the meat is just not as good as usual, a bit dryer and not as tasty. In addition today I receivedmy wrap in the shape of a triangle instead of a cylinder. there was hardly any vegetables and the wrap itself was a bit on thestale side. The edges of the wrap were actually cracked and crumbly. I had figured the last order was a fluke but two in a rowseems to be a pattern. Read more

Jersey Mike's was wonderful. I was born in Philadelphia and Jersey Mike's was the closest sandwich I have had to back home. I... had the veggie sub, and it was pretty darn good. The Rosemary Bread really brought out the flavors of the other ingredients.Overall, my experience was not bad at all. Read more

I love this place & visit very very regularly. My order is almost exactly the same each time I go here- 3 regular subs and 1... gluten free sub. I?ve given 1 star just for today?s visit because of the young girl who was working the counter and theexperience I had. I walked in at 8.53 pm and specifically asked her and the other guy working if it?s ok for me to ordersandwiches or if they are closing. I asked twice if they were ok with it. Only after he asked me to come, I went in. She verycurtly told me there?s only wheat bread and I said I was ok with that. I ordered my subs and asked if they had the gluten freebread and then placed my order. I noticed she was very upset and visibly ripped the plastic wraps from each vegetable container. She did every thing after that to show that she was tired and mad! The guy actually was very fast and efficient and made a hotsub and my gluten free sub. Two other people walked in after me, one to pickup and one to order. This young girl tried to put mygluten free sub into the brown bag and couldn?t do it, she got upset and started to stuff the sandwich very roughly into thebag, and still couldn?t get it in, at which point I said- please don?t do that. Can you give that to me? I?ll do it myself. Icould not watch the sandwich being squeezed and being pressed against her apron. It really wasn?t an appetizing moment to get mysandwich like that. Then She very rudely asked the guy making my sandwiches what my order was and told me what I owed. I paidextra as tip bcos it was late and they were visibly upset with late customers. As I was leaving, she started crying and acustomer who came after me came out and screamed at me for making this girl upset. So people who walked in after me don?t seewhat I was treated to but noticed her crying. I also have a teenager who also works in a fast food chain right across from here.I understand there are people who come just before you close - and maybe this girl was tired today. But that?s n Read more

I'm a nurse in an ICU and in the midst of a crazy day caring for a patient that needed to be kept alive with constant... interventions, at 4 in the afternoon, I decided I had to take a break and eat. I ordered Jersey Mike's for myself and 2 othernurses that had also not eaten. There is nowhere that could deliver so I used Uber Eats. I paid $37 and change for 3 subs to bedelivered. Excited to eat, I opened up my bag to find a nice, big, curly black hair hanging from the lettuce... gross as it maysound, I was starving so I pulled that are off and started eating. I noticed on the top of the bread, there were some weirdblack/blue spots (pictured)... kept eating. A couple of bites in, I turned the sandwich over on the side and noticed a largeblue/grey/black fuzzy thing on my sandwich (pictured). I called and spoke with an employee that was LESS than helpful, actedannoyed and like he didn't believe me stating he has never heard of anything like this ever happening ever before... I asked fora manager and was told there was not one there. I even told him I didn't care about the money, I just wanted my food... theyjust didn't care. They could remake the sandwich or give me "store credit" ???? Doesn't help me much when I work in an ICU andmy patients typically suffer if I leave them to go and pick up my replacement sub ???? I am very disappointed. I love theirsubs. But that customer service was very sad! ***UPDATE*** They did, after MUCH pleading, offer to bring me a new sub to whichI accepted. I will be honest though - after being treated so badly, I was nervous to eat the replacement sandwich ???? So, Ihave to give them credit for bringing me a sub... but, maybe they should, at the very least, be nice to their customers andmake their wrongs, right again. Read more
