Hands down the best quality and tasting Jack n the Box food I've ever had. The egg rolls are huge and fresh and everything was... just amazing. Whoever owns this establishment is doing it right. ... And I've eaten at an ashamedly large amount of Jack in theboxes haha. Thanks !! Read more
So I just came to this location and sign says open 24 hours and there are two cars in the parking lot in front of building, but... yet no one comes to the window nor the drive through speaker to take our order. This is totally unacceptable for a business todo. I was here at 6:03am this is very disappointing I hope this review gets seen by corporate. Read more
I am a big Jack in the Box fan, but this store has got to be one of the worst run fast food places I?ve ever been to. I placed a... mobile order at this location and was told on the app, on Google and on the restaurant itself that it was open 24 hours.However, when I got to the drive thru window a lady just wagged her finger at me and didn?t even bother to answer back when Iasked if they had closed. I had already placed the order and therefore had spent money already and got no food. I would avoidthis Jack in the Box at all cost and visit another store. Read more
It's been 8 years since I had visited a Jack In The Box which is shorter than 25 years from my 1st visit. It always amazes me... about how some places remain the same throughout the years with little or no change in their menu but still able to deliverquality products. I'll choose here over In N Out Burger any day mostly due to the variety of food choices and better qualityburger. We don't have any in Arkansas since the 90's, so I make it a point to make sure one dining choice is always a Jack InThe Box whenever I'm in TX within driving range plus budget. Read more
I'm honestly really amazed with this location. Granted, every time I come here, there seems to be no one in the drive thru (or... seemingly the parking lot either besides what I assume are the employee's vehicles). They are pretty fast (sometimes you dohave to wait a little) and the food ALWAYS comes out hot. The food is also surprisingly tasty! Not too salty or too oily/greasyas most fast food chains tend to be as well as fairly proportioned. The employees are rather nice as well. To be fair, anyonewould dislike working all day and dealing with unruly customers. However, these employees keep a respectable and gentle approachto customers. At the least, they keep a kind tone. It is highly appreciated and very professional. In conclusion, this Jack InThe Box is a perfect model for how every fast food location should be. I appreciate their hard work and kindness. This locationhas officially become one of my go to pick-me-ups. Read more
