Ordered through Uber eats and my wife had put no american cheese on her breakfast sandwich and no egg. Guess what it came... with... yep both. The Receipt even had -no american cheese-no egg. I Ordered the mini tacos and I didn't even get the sauce itcomes with. Overpaying to have food delivered with no standards to what the customer orders sucks. Good job???? Read more
Please fix your soda machines. Especially the diet coke. If it doesn't have bubbles then it is flat or watered down. Definitely... not the right mixture. Read more

Took 10 minutes to try to order a simple biscuit with sausage and cheese, it was over 3 dollars each, no cheese, tasted... terrible, and even the coke didn't taste right. Worst experience ever at Jack in the box!! Read more
Bad experience at the drive through. We understand that it's hard to hire employees right now but the young lady at the window... was beyond helpful. Messed up the order, didn't know the products being sold and maybe needed to go back to bed because she wasdefinitely out of it Jack in the Box is a favorite of ours. We'll go only now to the one on Legacy. Very sad experience. Read more
Just got home from ordering 6 tacos from this Jack in the box location, and was looking forward to enjoying them. First off, as... I know that JITB is usually pretty hit or miss when it comes to making the tacos as you order them, I asked if I could pleasehave them freshly made. If I didn?t stay too far to have to drive back up there I would! This is ridiculous!! As I figured, thetacos were old tacos, a few of them were cold and stale, and none of them had any lettuce on them. Very disappointed, and I hopethis was just an isolated event! Read more
This might be my third review of this site. Always garbage. I waited in a line of no cars at 1:00am and didn't get help for 10... minutes for someone to say please wait. First time they didn't have tacos. Second time no hot sauce or napkins. Third time noservice at all. For being a central location the service is at an all time low. They should just close it as finding competentworkers is impossible. Management should be fired as this location cannot provide sub par quality service. I might be drunk butI could still do their job 10 times better. Read more
