Should have believed the reviews. Absolutely the worst service, if you can even call it that. I ordered 11 wing combo they... quoted me 20 minutes which would make it 8:10. I arrived early at 8:02 and immediately received a text that said my order wasready. I clicked on the link to let them know I have arrived and said they woukd be bringing the order out asap. Again it is8:02 I sit in the car until 8:12 and still no order. I noticed another car was waiting to and they got tired of waiting so theywent in and I followed. As I was walking to the door I saw an employee talking to another employee that was sitting on thecounter in the expedite area. As I went to open the door the employee that I now know was supposed to bring the order out wasthe employee talking to the employee sitting on the counter. She gave me my order at the door and I started to walk to my carand realized she had not given me my drink so I checked the order and the wings and fries were cold. As I went back to get mydrink I decided that I did not want cold wings, cold fries and attitude especially when they automatically add 20% gratuity, soI asked for my money back. The employee went to get a manager and as she walked by the employee sitting on the counter she said"he doesn't want the wings" and the employee on the counter said very loud "you gotta be f@#ing kidding me" and I replied "no".As I was getting a stare down from the employee sitting on the counter the other employee notified the manager. The manager cameout and I told him the issue and he really did not want to hear me say anything about the employees. He told me he was a guestmanager and that he would leave a note about the employees behavior. Leave a note?!?! So he asked me my last four digits ofcredit card number and said he would take care of it. Food was cold. Looked like it was purchased from the freezer section of Walmart and heated in a microwave. Was no way at all... worth the $42 they charged. Will never order from them again. Don't even get me started on the delivery driver. It was just anall around horrible experience. Read more
The driest, three of them looked like they?d already been bitten into, horrible aftertaste, that was not Buffalo. I can honestly... and sadly say the WORST wings I have ever had in my life. Sorry. Curly fries were great maybe change the name to ?just fries?.Yeesh Read more
The wings were very good. I ordered the Santa Fe spicy cilantro sauce on the bone in. My husband ordered the mango habernero.... They were sauced perfectly & cooked just right. The curly fries were perfect. I'm thinking next time I'll try the hot truffleflavor. The only disappointment for me was having no ranch. Next time I'll specify because I LOVE my ranch. Price was betterthan Wingstops as well. I haven't yet picked a favorite. Read more
First time ordering today, and it will be my last time. I ordered one of their "hot" sauces, it wasn't even mildly spicy. The... wings were overcooked and completely flavorless, you couldn't tell there was any type of sauce on them at all. The fries werelimp & soggy. I was kinda hesitant about stopping here, only because I was thinking that their wings was going to be like the other place... ?Wing Stop?. You know how the other place over cook their wings and it?s very similar to chewing on jerky. But, It?s Just Wingswas far from that. My honey chipotle and ranch dry rub wings were cooked perfectly. Ordered on Door Dash for the first time today. We got the buffalo wings and they were delicious! We usually get Wing Stop, but... the wings always taste under cooked even though we request them well done. I didn?t request them well done from this place andthey were perfectly cooked! Next time I?ll order extra sauce on the side. Curly fries were also good! Also a lot cheaper thanWing Stop. Highly recommend! ***EDIT: Ordered from there again today (2nd time) and got a completely different experience.Wings were super soggy, fries soggy, didn?t get the extra ranch I paid for. Food delivered cold & soggy. Delivered 30 minutes after allotted time frame. Extra ordered sauce top off & was spilled in bottom... of bag. Saucy fingerprints all over food containers. Messy Messy. One & so DONE with this place ???? Read more
