Absolutely to long to exit out of the maze they have created. You cant go and just look at the 1 section you are interested in.... Employees are friendly and helpful. I bought a kitchen island and they had it to me in 10 minutes which is great. I went rightafter they opened on Saturday. Bought a kitchen island and there were plenty of instructions but labeling the actual pieceswould have been helpful. It has an odd space for seating. I need a stool with a 22-24" seat height which I am finding is notcommon. I didn't buy their stools because there was no cushioning. Also the shelves do not have enough space between them forstoring a crackpot of even a ninja blender pitcher. The bottom shelf could have easily been lowered 3" to make it mor useful. It is a nice looking kitchen island that will take 2 people about 2 hours to put together. It really looks nice in my kitchenand hope it lasts a long time. Read more

Very big store with friendly people and a great staff. Me and my wife bought a lot of items from this store and had the best... time looking at all the items in here. We will definitely be buying more items in the future from this store Read more

Super great for seeing the products physically in the space. Ikea contains two levels (access by elevator or by stairs) ground... floor has all the products laid out as if you were in your average store and the second level has everything on display like youare walking through a ginormous doll house. This helps with color schemes and layout (as they do have the square footage of eachroom displayed!) You can choose either way and they have short cuts for those who would like to skip a certain department! Theyalso have a range of product prices and therefore quality! Read more

This place is a maze. Once you get in there it?s hard to find your way out. There is no ?running in real quick? trips. Check out... is a process, especially if you are buying furniture. One register to order, another register to pay, then a third to requestpickup. I recommend going with at least three hours. Make a day of it and have lunch in the cafe upstairs. Read more

I really love walking around Ikea because they have some really great prices. They also have some pretty awesome floor models in... the showroom that can give you inspiration, decoration ideas, and examples on how the products they sell can be used in variousscenarios. I can spend hours walking around the models and grabbing inspiration and ideas. My only issue with the showroom isthat it?s hard to locate staff to help with pricing and questions. The warehouse is clean, organized, and easy to find what youneed if you use the kiosks. However, they don?t have enough kiosks available for customers on busy days, which means long waitsto use the kiosks. Checkout is self-help, easy to use, and staff is waiting nearby if you need assistance. The café has somedelicious food options at great prices, however, the staff could really use some ?happy pills?, as they seem very complacent. The tables in the café, also need to be wiped down frequently as customers come and go. Overall, I definitely recommend thisIkea. You can you get what you need here, and it?s a pretty cool experience too. Read more

I love the way how everything is so perfect there. There are separate entrances for pick up , return and showroom sections .... Even though it?s always crowded but I don?t remember I ever have to stood up in line for more than 10 minutes. It?s located nearstone briar mall near to other furniture showrooms too like nfm, rooms to go etc. The only thing is even though there are thingsin display in showroom it might be out of stock and it comes back in inventory in a while. The other Ikea showroom is like onehour away from here and delivery cost is around $70. Read more
