I?ve never had a good experience here for the past year and a half and I used to come here a lot when it opened. The girls... working here are always rude and just overall, bad customer service 8/10 times I go there. I ordered a drink with regular iceand almost my entire cup was full of ice. Based on the experiences and ratings given by other people, this place has improved. The drink I ordered was the classic milk... tea with tapioca pearls and it resulted perfectly (just the way I liked it). The tea was made well and didn?t have any grainy orpowdered texture, so I assume it was mixed correctly. With the boba it was soft and chewy unlike other places. They gave aheaping amount of the pearls, which meant they did not underfill and I was able to get my moneys worth. Yesterday (7/18/2021) I went to this location with my family. I think Gongcha in any location would be great but this one is not... the case. The cashier didn?t seem very welcome and he showed his attitude. The worst thing is any Gongcha would do the Fivestarsthing where you get 1$ as 1 point. If you have 50 points then you get 1 free drink. We spent $38 in total and it just didn?t popup in the app. I came to ask the cashier, he told me there was problem with the system and that his boss will do it manually.But y?all know what, they only gave me 10 points when I got home. Came here 12/4/20 Friday 8:30. After waiting 15 minutes for my drink, the staff messed up my order. Then she requested me to... pay 75 cents. I took out my credit card then she told me no credit card for 75 cents which means I need to give her cash. OMGWorst service ever. Previously I gave this place 5 stars. Now the service not even worth 0.75 star. I will not come here everagain. If Gong Cha manager or owner see my review, please educate your staff how to do better customer service. One of the good places to just chill, study, work remotely, hangout, or simply grab a boba drink to go. It's a smaller place but... they have wifi, they have power plugs for your laptops, they have board games for breaks, it's nice. Boba is also good! Ordereda standard green milk tea with boba topping and it was creamy, and the tea taste is pretty strong. It was pretty wholesome!Definitely recommended if you need to do some work/study and you need to change it up a bit. Read more
Right place to satisfy some bubble tea craving or if you just wanna get a non-standard refreshing drink! They have good variety... without making it too complicated. The basil seeds add-on was tasty! Friendly staff and clean space. Read more
This place is over price. Their drinks are $1 or $2 more expensive than the others Gong Cha location. They charge me $.75 for... the boba which is included in dirty brown sugar milk tea. Never go back this store again. Read more
