Played 7/5/2022. Some fairways are brown, hard, and so dried out you will wonder if they ever see water. Greens in good shape.

Course is in great shape! They have come a long way in making this a usual in the rotation. If the bunkers can come around, it... will be perfect! Read more

Neighborhood golf course. Nothing special. Course marshals treat teenagers like garbage and steel their money. Completely... different story when it?s an adult. Plenty of other places to play with a better layout, staff and clubhouse. Read more

Played on 5/27 - Great layout. There are some holes that make you feel like you are in the hill country. Fairways are firm and... thin. The grass is there, but it is short, resulting in tight lies. The course is not tight, but if you spray the ball, you willspend some time looking for your ball in the tall grass. Right now, the greens are about 2/3 of the way recovered fromaeriation. It would be nice to see them at 100%. The greens are firm and it would be nice if they held better. Like mentioned,it would be fair to let them fully recover from aeriation. The green fee includes lunch, but if you plan on getting something atthe turn, you should call in your order while on hole #7. If you go in and order after finishing #9, you will lose your spot at#10 tee. The food is good, but it is not a snack bar/grab and go. I will go back. Read more

The new management has absolutely turned the course around and has it back on track to being one of, if not the best, in the DFW... area. Staff is happy to tell you how relieved and ready to work they are. Looking forward to playing here more often! Read more

We played the course on the 1st Sunday in May this year and the good news was no matter the angle of approach shots there were... no ball marks to fix. The bad news was the rest of the course was also so dry that it was like playing on cement. The "new"folks in the pro shop were very nice and also helpful although their inventory of golf stuff was limited. We started our roundwith two brothers as our playing partners and they were a great group to play with as we found out we all played at a decentpace. Problem was we saw the course Marshall once, on the second hole. We were held up consistently by the group in front ofus who stopped and discussed the result of each and every shot. They also visited with "friends" who lived on # 10 for severalminutes. By the time the round ended there were 3 groups behind us and there was several holes open in front of the lead groupahead of us. Total time 5hr 25min. Would I go there again, No there are several courses that I have played in the north Dallasarea that are in better shape, enforce pace of play and don't charge Frisco Lakes' $86.00 greens fees. Fairways and tee boxes were pretty bare in several spots. For the price, I assumed it would be in better shape. I am sure the... new mgmt company will make changes to get it better. Read more

I AM SHOCKED!!! The course used to be so great! Now the fairways have huge dirt spots or squares of grass just thrown on the... ground. Not to mention...no ice, no water, cart path only on a 95 degree day. Won't go back to one of my favorite courses inthe area. WHAT A SHAME!! Read more
