I've heard several good reviews on social media for Freebirds, so my anticipation was high. It's a casual burrito joint where... they build your burrito or bowl according to your direction. It's not unlike having a sandwich made at Subway. There aresimilarities to Qdoba or Baja Fresh if you've ever been to one of those. I was happy to see vegetarian options. I chose thevegan chorizo burrito bowl which was quite delicious. The chorizo texture was meat-like and the seasoning was perfect. The storewas hip and cool, clean and tidy. I ordered online. I usually pick up my food. But I have my newborn so I tried out the delivery. DoorDash took like 2 hours to... pick up my food but Kat the manager in freebirds was absolutely amazing. She re did my order knowing that DoorDash was takingforever.
