Tried this place because my friend wanted BBQ and I wanted to try a new place. I was not disappointed!\nAt first I thought my... GPS routed me to a car dealership by accident, but as I approached, I saw the store front on the end. Atmosphere felt more likean office cafeteria than a BBQ joint, but the area was spacious and clean.\n\nNo doubt I had to try the ribs so I got half aslab for a few dollars more. Ribs are a gamble at some places, but here they were tender and meaty. My friend got the choppedbrisket burger and was also pleased. Even the toast was browned and buttered perfectly! Don\'t let the atmosphere fool you, theowner knows how to BBQ.\nEarnest took the time to introduce himself and the rest of the staff was friendly as well.\nI reallywish this place the best and will definitely be bringing my coworkers and friends here also. This is the Best BBQ in Texas, and you can throw in the other 49 states as well. It\'s all Heart, and Soul that\'s put into the... food here. This was my first time, and I knew when I walked in the door and Earnest greeted me with a huge smile, the food wasgonna be unbelievable. His spirituality exudes from his presence. The Ribs are so good, my take out order didn\'t make ithome. The tips, are cooked to perfection. You won\'t even need any sauce, at all for the Ribs or Tips. The taste is likenothing I\'ve experienced in my 50 years of being on the earth. So I can\'t even compare it to anything. Don\'t believe me, gosee for yourself :) It\'s unbelievable, because as they say Many are called few are chosen. I am an extremely picky eater whenit comes to choosing BBQ. This place is a hidden Frisco gem!!! I was recommended by friends and this place did not disappoint! We also had the pleasure of... meeting Earnest himself along with his son. He’s very friendly and has become a great ambassador for Frisco and his BBQ Ribsand other items are FANTASTIC! This restaurant shares the same building as Crest Infinity, but don’t worry you don’t haveto deal with car salesmen, just enjoy some great BBQ! My recommendation is the ribs, but all is good. We saw the 5 star reviews and gave it a shot. It’s pretty hidden with the auto dealerships on either side. We were greeted at... the door by the owner and treated like family. There were lots of great selections to choose from- I went with the ribs. Supertender, great flavor, just the right amount of sauce. The green beans had a nice slightly peppery flavor, tender and down-homegood. I got the onion rings as well. My only mistake was dipping my first one in the ketchup. It was so good, they didn’t needanything added to them. Wow! While waiting, we saw every delicious item other folks were ordering as it was served to them. My first time here and definitely NOT the last! Earnest was super friendly and welcoming and felt like he’s known me for... years! 2 meat plate with brisket and chicken was amazing! My girlfriend tried my potato salad and got her own after trying minebecause it was that good. Will be back for sure! Read more
Was in Dallas for my graduation, my friend Sheila knows how picky I am so she highly recommended Earnest B’s BBQ. We drove 45... minutes to get there and they did not disappoint. The owner greeted us with the southern hospitality that brought back memoriesof the way things use to be. The staff was professional and on point. This place was super clean. My husband and I had the best experience in this place! I walked over from the service center to check it out and everyone was... super friendly. Then once food was decided Ernest himself was there to help me make the best selection for the food we weregetting. Great atmosphere and amazing BBQ????????????. I didn’t even make it out the door before eating my hot dog and therest did make it home . The bologna sandwich was out of this world and those ribs!!!! You can taste the love in that food. I was skeptical at first but after visiting I can definitely see how they can get 300+ 5 star reviews. Amazing food and amazing... service! A true gem unfortunately it is hidden inside the infinity dealership. Hope to see this place grow into the same likesof Hutchins in popularity. Top 3 best pork ribs I’ve ever had. Read more
