I don?t usually have bad interactions here and honestly not sure why I did. I ordered a chai latte and got back essentially... sweet milk, you could even see the lack of chai as it was pure white. I was still at the window so I just waited for someone tonotice. When she came to the window I said I?m sorry but this is literally just sweet milk can I have more chai in it? She gotan attitude and I really just don?t understand why. It also seems she was taking orders as well. I?m not sure interactions withcustomers is her thing. Idk maybe shes just having a bad day but there was no reason to be rude. It?s definitely not a way youwant to start the morning, and whatever is bothering her I hope gets better. I can?t imagine waking up and being thatunhappy. I also want to add that there was no line and it wasn?t busy in store. I understand the pressure of customer serviceand how they can be very disrespectful, but to talk to someone like that for no reason is crazy. Esp when you don?t know me likethat. Two stars bc the food is warm and the guy that was working out more chai in it and was nice. Donuts have started smelling of old oil. This is not the DD we are used to. And Pls keep the toilets clean. No tissues no TP no... handwash and we can see spiders crawling everywhere. Yuck ???? 11/06/22- got a bagel and avacado sandwich and the spread isalready expired. I?ll give -5/10 for this. I have gotten drinks and food from the drive through multiple times before but recently went in to go to the bathroom and was... going to get food after. Until I saw this bathroom. Disgusting. Some might say that this is just a bathroom, but this is also areflection of the rest of the establishment. why have the cleaning stuff on top of the toilet if you?re not even going to clean?Now every time my friends ask if I want something, I will be saying no. This place is a shame and puts a bad mark in the community. This location does not have enough space for a drive through, for... the last 3 days it has blocked the road from traffic and i don't even know why? I have ordered coffee twice from there and asourdough breakfast sandwich and nothing has been right for any of my orders. I always enjoy going to this location, until I was encountered by this extremely rude young lady at the drive through window, I... simply ask hi how are you! And she just death stares me in the face with no acknowledgement and hands me my drink? I proceed tosay I hope you have a nice day, as she literally just stares me in the face with no expression to where I just have to driveoff. When ordering an ice coffee, I have repeatedly had to ask to actually have coffee put in the cup and not just ice, cream and a... splash of coffee. Unfortunately today, someone else picked up my coffee and I wasn't able to complain.... again. I would advisecalling back to the Dunks mother ship in Massachusetts and asking them to send down someone to properly train you staff on howto make a coffee. When I come there I feel like I'm bothering them. Not a great feeling. Also, 3 out of 4 times I come, they don't bother to stir... the sugar in my coffee. Love driving away tasting unsweetened coffee cuz all the sugar is at the bottom. Read more
Are you kidding me? Since 380 location is disgusting, I drove to Frisco. When my order was taken, the lady seemed impatient. I... was ordering for 3 people. No one was behind me. The young man at window was competant, nice and appreciative of descent tip.Received food and drinks. The sandwiches seemed hot. So I was happy and drove away. On the road, I took a sip of coffee. It washot. The sugar and cream was perfect. But I felt like it tasted toasted. I ordered Toasted Almond, as I always do. I thought,this doesn't taste like almond, at all. I look at the cup, it's decaf coffee. Which I've never ordered in my life. I was like,ok whatever. I'll drink it. I get to about a 1/4 of the cup left, I take a drink, a mouthful of GRINDS, is what I get! I'mtrying to spit it out, in one blow, since its SO MUCH! Open my sandwich, no butter as ordered. But the packaging felt hot. First2 bites, warm. Not hot. 3rd bite (wth). I'm assuming these are microwaved, and definitely now a second location, not longenough. Literally cold. But not as frosty as 380 location. Cold (not room temp even). Very disappointing. I thought my bill wasa little high, but payed no mind. Low and behold, I got an extra sandwich, not ordered but charged for. I have no idea what'shappened to all these DD's. I've been to this one specifically many times, in the past, and never had a problem. $35 later, Iwill pass from now on. DISGUSTING! Thur, Dec 1st, 11 am. Place was dead, so why is it so horrible.
