Logged into Dominos website to place my order at the preferred and closest location. Placed my order at 7:46PM. Called at 9:25PM... to check status because it kept showing ?Adrianna is performing quality check?. I was told by the store member, Tyson, that myorder was on the way. Kept waiting and decided to call again at 10:17PM. I was told they canceled my order because they don?tdeliver to my address. I asked why was their store automatically picked for me then? The representative just said he didn?tknow, and they?re busy. Talked to the manager, Adrianna, and all she did was give excuses about transferring the order, and theother stores didn?t answer their phones, and that her staff member dialed the wrong number to notify of the order changes. Shealso admitted the employee dialed the wrong number. I asked if there was any compensation to make things right, she replied with?nope?. It is now 10:37PM. By this time, all other food places are closed and my entire family is out on dinner. Terribleexperience, I will make sure everyone I know will avoid Domino?s and choose the competitor. Read more
We eat Dominos ALL the time but this store in front of UNT Frisco has a quality issue. I ordered 2 pizzas and even paid extra... for extra cheese on one of them. It barely had enough cheese till the crust on both of them. Half the diameter was just bread!Will choose another location next time. Read more
Just ordered a Philly cheese steak from this location at or around 6:20pm on 08/11/2022. I arrived they brought it out to me I... checked it and it was light on meat. I ordered extra meat and when I called to speak the white female manager I asked about themeat on my sandwich of witch she said she made it herself so she knows how much meat was on it and that she weighs the meatevery single time. So I asked her how much meat was on it and she said she will need to check to see what is supposed to go onit. She returned and said 1.5 oz regular and 3 oz with extra meat. I asked why she had to check and she said that she makes foodall day long she can't remember every sandwich. I asked her how she managed to remember making my sandwich and was so sure aboutthe weight if she didn't remember. The fact is she lied to me and there is a serious integrity issue at this store. If she liesabout a sandwich what else is she lying about, can she be trusted at all? The quality is extremely low and it is because themoral deficient people running the store just don't care about their jobs or customers. Read more
I am a frequent customer at this location. There is never any parking delivery drivers park directly in front of the store as... well as the handicap spots. None of the delivery drivers have a handicapped placard displayed. Very frustrating with the parkingand the employees are not friendly. Always have to wait for an employee to greet you and take your order. Once they take anorder it?s usually wrong then they treat you like it?s your mistake and get an attitude. Worst Service ever i have seen.. People who work here Doesn't read the order details .. We never had this issue with Domino's... other branches, A simple request of uncut pizza is very difficult for this branch employees.. we tried 6 times and every timesame mistake. We say uncut, they cut the pizza. It might look not so important for you guys, but that request means somethingfor us. Read more
This store is superb! To begin with, Alex, is the most friendly employee I've encountered. The pizza was made to perfection and... tasted delicious. The store environment was so lovely to be around. Was expecting the standard decent quality from both pizzas ordered last night but one was worse than the other. They didn?t... really cut either pizza. Some lines of an ?attempt ? to cut maybe. Then we ordered LIGHT sauce and they did the opposite. Thedough was Soft from so much sauce and it oozed and dripped out of both sides that it seemed purposely overdone with sauce.
