This location seems to have a lot of negative reviews. I can?t say for sure I?ve always had a fantastic experience here but... today was deserving of a 5 star review. Placed online order through the Chipotlane at 1:52 pm, got there at 1:58 pm and thewonderful lady had no hesitation making my order for me. Got it spot on with my sides and drink. If I could give this location a -5, I would! We eat at other Chipotles all the time, but we tried this one for the first time... today. They put 2 teaspoons of chicken, literally 2 tsp. and when I said something about it, the guy shrugged and did nothing. They made three bowls for us like this, but we walked out after that. Picture was taken at 10:57am. Business opened at 10:45am. Once they let me inside. The meat, rice, and corn were not prepared... and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before the food was ready to be served. A 4 person line formed behind me and theywere still not ready. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn?t have extra cheese and that they charge extra for everything. Notqueso. Cheese. I am a regular to a lot of chipotles for many years as it?s an easy after gym meal or lunch time filler. This isthe worst one I have ever been too. Management needs to be changed. An energy drink from an employee was also sitting out. Idon?t normally write reviews, but as much as I love chipotle. This saddens me. Read more

Chipotle has such good food but I bought 2 meals this time & 3 bags of chips & queso..... The chip bags were empty. I was very... disappointed ????. I called them to ask for replacements but was connected to a call center. I really want those chip bagsreplaced because the cost of them are costly. i?m not sure what crack these employees are smoking, but i?m never coming to this location again. a week ago i had a reward for... a free entree. i went to scan it and their system wasn?t working. the cashier (who was nice) went to get his manager and themanager said ?there?s nothing we can do about it?. i explained that it?s a free entree reward from my points and i asked if hecould just not charge me for the entree. the manager said ?no you have to pay for it? and that he would have to call the companyto fix their computers but ?it would take too long? so i would just have to pay for my food so they don?t ?give out too muchfree food?. i contacted customer service and i got another free entree. i used it today for a mobile pick up. i went in andasked for a side of salad dressing and they wanted to change me $1.25 for 2 oz (maybe, that might be pushing it) of saladdressing. are you kidding me?? she said if i order a salad then the dressing comes with it. i eat chipotle so often and i haveNEVER paid for salad dressing. i get to my car and i?m eating it and there is a LEAF in my bowl. not lettuce but a leaf!!! nastyoh my god. does that dirty leaf now qualify me to get dressing?? horrible customer service. nasty. It's very crowded and the seating is extremely cramped! The employees are too busy to clean the tables. The outdoor seating is... ok, but it's next to the parking lot and drive thru. The prices have gone up considerably, but the quality tensions great! Read more
This location is the dirtiest Chiplote I have ever been in. The workers are loud and yelling across the restaurant at each other... and the language is atrocious. Their food was semi hot and they just threw the ingredients in my bowl. It is disgusting andfilthy. Read more
