My favorite Chili's I've been to! My husband and I come here all the time, and we can usually get a table right away! Staff is... very friendly and genuine. I enjoy that they all actually make conversation with us and seem to be happy working there! Everyoneis lovely, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Jasmine & Craig! Chips appetizer was great, almost filled me up. I got the quesadillas. They were nothing special, but it was a huge serving.
Dinner time but only waited about 10 minutes for a table. Waitstaff friendly and courteous. Ordered take 3 with ribs,... quesadillas, and chicken fingers. All were very good. They forgot my corn and when I brought it to their attention they broughtme a nasty soggy inedible ear of corn. I had too much food to eat anyway so it didn?t bother me. Left with a to go box. Today, my server, ISAIAH, brought our food out with another server, BAILEY. BAILEY literally had her thumb on my son's bread... from the Cajun pasta and it fell on the table. She looked at it and didn't say a word. ????I guess customer service went out thewindow because she didn't say a word. I was expecting an apology and receiving another piece of bread for my son. Simple, right?Nope! Instead I had ask BAILEY for another piece of bread. Her response was unacceptable- "Why? Just because?" I giggled alittle to refrain from putting her in her place and responded with "because the bread dropped on the table." She responds with"OK, it's free anyway" and walked off. ??????????? ISAIAH comes back to the table (to remind us he would bring us bread) and Iask him to please remove my food (not son's food)from the ticket and take it back. He responds with his manager has to speakwith me. AMBER, the manager, comes up to me and I advised her of situation. She handled my concerning complaint very well andremoved the meal, that I gave back. I recommend Chili's train BAILEY on basic customer service etiquette. A simpleacknowledgement of her mistake and attempting to correct it would've made the experience pleasant. It baffles me that ISAIAHmade several mistakes, forgot our drinks, plastic-ware, my son's sprite and order but handled each situation with suchprofessional tactic. Ok, first let me say- I won't go in anywhere to eat if they're closing soon- I've worked in restaurants before and I remember... the custimere who would came in 10 minutes before close and wanted to eat a big dinner ????. We got to Chili's around 8:35 andthought since it was an hr and a half bf they closed it would be fine. We were sat at the smallest table- and it was my husband,my daughter and our two son's. We ordered and they were out of two of the items we ordered which isn't a big deal, we just hadto wait a little bit longer but the kids got their food quickly while we waited so that was good. The food was absolutely great!My oldest son always wants steak- and I took a bite of his and was really impressed with the steak he got here. My three starshave more to do with the atmosphere and environment- we were so crowded our plates hung off the table and made dinner reallyawkward but we all liked the food. Best Chili's experience I've ever had. The food was better than expected; I was impressed, and I'm not normally a fan of... chili's. Even the drink was amazing. I had the lucky something and a margarita. Read more
Customer service was amazing! Our waiter gave us suggestions on what to order and he was just overall amazing! Honestly my... family loves this place, I just hate the stench that hits me when I walk in. Other than that great meals and great prices. Read more
My experience here was great! Celebrated with friends and my favorite dish! Service was awesome as well. We were constantly... checked on and offered an additional appetizer at no cost for the occasion. Restrooms could be cleaner, but I typically avoidrestaurant restrooms. Overall 5 Stars!! Read more
