I asked the Drive-thru attendant if they had any fish made up...she stated, "Yes". So I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner for me... and chicken for my 10-year-old. Then drove around to the pick-up window. After waiting 10 minutes, the attendant told me theyonly had one piece of fish and it would be an additional 10-minute wait for the other two pieces. She asked did I want my moneyback. I said, "Yes, So it took you 10 minutes to tell me there was no fish?" She said "Yes"...and just gave me this blankstare. Then she said, "Would you like a refund?". I said, "Yes". She handed me a refund slip for the entire order. I said,"What about the chicken?" She said, "You still want the chicken?". By this time I was really irritated as most people mightbe. So I said, "Yes I want the chicken and I shouldn't have to pay for it at this point. I wanna talk to your manager." Sheclosed the window. 10 minutes later, a gentleman came to the window and said, "Can I help you?". ...as if he didn't know whatwas happening. This gentleman claimed to be the manager but acted like a high school dropout street brawler. He called me"buddy" when he said the fish was made to order. That I got my refund, what else do I want? I told him I wouldn't have orderedthe fish if the attendant would've told me there was none made up, I would've ordered Chicken instead. Then he said if you wantthe chicken you ordered you'll have to pay for it. I told him he doesn't act like a manager. He then told me he was the owner. …I just drove off. Just spent $60 picking up chicken, half of which were petrified spicy tenders that had no meat. They look like they've been... sitting there for a few hours. Employees had to have known those were not good enough to serve, but when you go through adrive-through, you get screwed! Read more
Zero stars would be better. Ordered via Door Dash, family tender meal was SIXTEEN dollars more than in store. Manager on duty... said DD charges 30% fees…but only the meal was price gouged. Store was no help, DD credited me $5….at least they caredenough to help. Plus, my extra $16 got me food, all obviously cooked in the same oil. Love their fried chicken livers and their tenders! Great green beans, corn nuggets, fried okra...mmmmm! You may have to wait... for the livers, but they are always fried fresh and they're hot and tender...not overcooked and hard!! Read more
Really good chicken express. This location is fast and accurate. Also it's a more affordable location. There are several in the... area that charge way too much for the sweet tea. The cost if the 44oz tea is what brought me here. That and the 3 piece thighdeal. The friendly employees and the speedy service keeps me. Also the store is in good repair and clean too. The fast food in the area has been a challenge so far. With 3-4 other places being severely understaffed, and the food not being... fast...or even food. This place is refreshing. It will be my go to, I've always loved chicken express. Read more
