Awful customer service, all the cashiers teenagers were just playing around trying to get attention from several customers... passing by. I had to wait around five minutes to order, this is not usual at the others chick fill a’s. I don't know if therewas a manager on duty but the service was terrible. Hope they do something about it. Bad service. Cashier named Nahum, something like that, doesn’t have good communication and a has a bad attitude. I was waiting... for my turn and he was just staring at me, until i walked up to him. After paying he did not give me my receipt and didn’teven asked what dressings I would like. I had to take my own receipt from the machine. Poor service.???? Read more
Worst chickfila I've even been to. The box that contained the grilled sandwich was the greatest and was extremely messy. The... grilled sandwich had the bacon underneath the sandwich itself. And they filled the macaroni half way!!!. On top they served like10 other people before me. I was waiting a solid 15 minutes. Everybody else 5 minutes or less. Absolutely worst service ever. Two workers had the worst attitude ever. Right when i walked up to the cash register the person... taking my order was very rude his name was Kenneth he immediately had an attitude with me when i asked for two separate orders.One for my boss and one for me. And his response was well i advice you not to do that with the worst attitude and i told himthat it was for me and my boss and we are paying separately for our meals. He responded with oh okay i guess. And i proceeded totell him the two orders and for mine i asked for a sweet tea and he was filling it up and it ran out of sweet tea so he filledthe the rest with unsweet tea . And said we don’t have anymore sweet tea Ana handed it to me and walked away. Then as i wasgetting my food i asked another lady for chick-fil-a sauces because none of the meals had them and i asked for them while i wasordering and she said there was some already in there and completely ignored me and filled up 5 people’s drinks and anotherworker had to tell her I’ve been waiting for her when she saw me still standing there. And then she handed me a handful ofchick-fil-a sauce and said here you go does this make you happy now. And i just walked away because i almost lost it. If i couldput negative stars i would. Stopped by for lunch yesterday around 2pm the front counter guy was talking to another customer that was notborsering anything.... When I got up to the counter. The cashier stated. "What do you want?" I told him a #2. He asked back. "Drink?" At this pointI just walked away. Someone one needs to get this guy up to Chick-fil-A standards. It seemed like he was more interested intalking to his buddy than helping me. I will not return here. Read more
UPDATE Jan 2022. Return for weekday lunch. Most popular in food court today. EARLIER REVIEW: Great place for lunch from... Chick-fil-A. All of their stand alone locations are not yet allowing inside dining due to virus crises. So going to mall foodcourt works for use. We got a free chicken sandwich as I had given a pint of my best to the Carter Blood Care and they gave acoupon as a thank you. Not bad. When you want a drink refill they give you a new cup/ice/straw as part of their virusprecautions. I posted many photos of their work behind the counter. Read more
Train your people better!! two girls just standing waiting on food to come out one is eating nuggets while both hide behind the... food to come out of the kitchen nobody is even acknowledging me after 5 minutes of eating and staring finally the other’speoples order comes out the eating girl grabs the food brings it over just stares at me waiting with my cup says nothing likeI’m just standing there for the hell of it then I finally asked the guy at the register who just starred into space with nocostumer inside to go please get me my refill.
