Stopped by this store tonight and ordered 3 combos and an extra 8 piece nugget. They didn?t put my sandwich for my combo in my... bag. When I called them I was offered the sandwich only as if that would make up for my dinner tonight. Alejandro the managersaid that this was all they can do. Give back what I paid for like that would really make my day. Sure let me stop by to get asandwich. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A location in existence. The staff and management are rude and dismissive. They do not get... orders right and get an attitude when you return to have them make it right. They serve cold food and cold attitudes. Verydisappointed. Their Yelp reviews are much more accurate of the overall experience. I will not return to this location aftermultiple negative experiences. Read more

Make sure you check your bag especially when you do curbside. Every time I come to this location something with my order is not... correct and I mean every time. I don?t receive sauces or them giving me something I didn?t order. The food doesn?t be that fresheither. The location on Preston where I used to stay was the best!!! You would have thought I was pulling up to McDonald?s coming here, manager was the rudest person I?ve ever talked to, even... disrespectful. Two female employees treated me like I was stupid. Always amazing. They really have the drive through down perfectly. Update, just absolutely amazing. Wet through today to... buy ice, everyone was happy, extremely friendly, kind. I made a mistake on my last visit. They corrected only question, whatdid I order. Customer service is just top notch. I love that they are not open on Sundays too. I want to write so much. This location is on the way home and they do everything perfect except they screw up our order about once out of every 15 times... I go. I appreciate how fast the line goes but what?s the point if orders are wrong? I like to be part of the speedy system so Inever hold up the line and check my bag but I need to start. Yes, if I call and complain they offer me free food but I do notwant anything for free. I just don?t want to get all the way home to find our chicken salads with chicken on the side (becausemy wife is vegetarian so I eat her chicken) not on the side and they forgot to include the dressing.
