Everything was excellent, service and food.\n\nWe ordered a variety of hotdogs sandwiches , sides, and desserts. The Chicago... style hotdogs were all legit. The chili cheese dog was loaded and delicious. No one skimped on ingredients. Italian sausagesandwich was stacked and wonderful. Onion rings were cooked perfect and were large. Chili cheese fries were standard. ClassicCesar salad was filling and had boiled egg and a muffin. Strawberry ???? shortcake ???? was light and refreshing. Salted caramelcheesecake was decadent. Chocolate cake was moist and delicious.\n\nThe restaurant decor was fun! Very Chicago and loads ofclassic Americana. They even had old black and white movies playing. Porch was decorated for Memorial Day which I greatlyappreciated and was in tune with the theme. Felt very family friendly. The vibe was great. Our cashier and cooks were all superfriendly, fast and everything was nice and well cleaned.\n\nWe will be back ???????? Read more
We went and tried it for the first time last Sunday. Overall the food was very good. The reason I\'m not giving a 5 stars is... because the kitchen staff are all very young. You can tell this is probably their first job. I feel management needs to dobetter training of the staff. We didn\'t get our gravy on the side. I went to the main window and 3 employees walked past me. Noone stopped to ask if I needed anything. They just need training. Lastly the music, is 1930s music being played in therestaurant. I don\'t understand the vibe. I feel bad for the staff having to listen to the music all day. Read more
Coming from a Chicago native, this place is LEGIT!!!\n\nThis place took me on a stroll through memory lane. I absolutely loved... the decor and felt all of Chicago’s culture was represented.\n\nWe got a couple of hotdogs, Italian beef, and chili cheesefries.\n\nThe hotdogs were right on with the perfect balance of mustard, sport peppers, bright green relish, celery salt, tomatoes and crisp pickle and all on the oh so soft poppy seed bun- it was super delicious, just like how I rememberedit.\n\nThe Italian beef was perfectly “wet” with the the giardiniera peppers and the au jus was piping hottt!!! I have livedin the DFW area for 14 years and have never had an authentic Chicago Italian beef sandwich- I was ecstatic to finally taste thisgreatness!!!!\n\nThe chili cheese fries were also great, though I feel the portion was rather small.\n\nOverly I’m so glad tohave found this place, we will be back for sure!!!! I had the jumbo Chicago-style hot dog, onion rings, and soda for lunch for $12. I was satisfied at the end of the meal, but... have a few suggestions for the business: 1) they should give drinks right to customers right away after you pay, so you don\'thave to wait 10 minutes for a sip when the food comes out. 2) The three nice flat screen tvs are wasted on old black and whitemovies for ambiance. Show news, sports, or anything else. 3) Much of the flavors in the hot dog are sour, so I found myselfcraving something sweet after. Perhaps offering cookies or adding something sweet would give a better balance. 4) The mostsuccessful restaurants in Frisco have something for little kids. I am not sure I would bring my little ones here. They won\'tlike veggies in their hot dogs, and I didn\'t see a plain hot dog for kids on the menu. Read more

It’s always refreshing when you try a new place and like it. I’ve passed this restaurant’s a few times. Today I took a... chance to try it. My plan was an establishment across the parking lot, but I said always try the “new”. I love all thingsChicago and they didn’t disappoint. I had the grilled polish sausage Street style with fries. Was really good. I wanted asecond. I’ll be back to try more items and pizza. Read more
