I love CAVA but this location is terrible! Every time I've ordered delivery from this location the food is prepared with such... lack of care that when it arrives it's in such a state that can only be described as a bowl of slop (see photoattached). Having ordered from other CAVA restaurants before, even in the same area, and the food quality is only an issue whenit's this location. The locations in Downtown Frisco or Legacy West definitely have their act together. Read more

Although the food taste good, the service level is well below expectations. When ordering ahead, they are not able to meet the... time they promised to have the food ready by. This is not a one time situation, it?s a constant issue. Staff quit because theyare overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations from management for food readiness promises made on their behalf. Also, sometimesit?s faster to order in the line than online. Very disappointed. Not sure I?d go back. Lentils were crunchy and obviously not cooked through, got pickles instead of pickles onions, dressing on... salad when requested on side and no pita bread. Unfortunately I didn?t inspect my salad/bag until after I got home. I?ve heardgood things about Cava but this certainly didn?t meet even my lowest expectations. Read more

Usually LOVE this place but this is now either the 2nd or 3rd time where my to go order was not filled all the way. You are... paying at least 10$ for a salad and want my salad. (See photo attached) My bowl was 1/3 filled. I can usually get 3 meals fromone order of CAVA but not this time. :( Read more

My husband and I decided to go to CAVA for dinner. It tastes so fresh and healthy. We created our bowls with greens, chicken and... all the toppings. We added the Sriracha dressing on top. It's so good. It is a little bit more than expected on price, but,totally worth the $10.17. I would come back again! Read more

Very slow service, I arrived there 6:55 for a 6:45 pick up and was the only car there but still took a long time to get my food.... They also forgot the side pitas, which took another 10 minutes of waiting before I could get them. Then when I brought the foodhome we realized a lot of the veggies were burned. ALWAYS check your online orders when you pick up. Love the food at CAVA, but the service in this location is awful. I've had a... couple of bad experiences where portion sizes are to small or they put the wrong dressing. I usually let it go, but this recenttime was too much and I won't be going back anymore. I was craving their corn so I decided to order for dinner. Go to the appand website and the option is unavailable. Guessing they were out. That's fine, I ordered anyway. Went to go pick up my order bydrive-thru and there was already a car in front of me at the window. 10 minutes go by and no movement. The guy in front has toget out of his car and knock on the window to get someone's attention. He gets his order and then I get mine after. I go homeand start prepping my own corn to put in the bowl since they didn't have any. I take out the bowl out of the bag and notice it'slooking a little...empty. I open it it and poke around and they DIDN'T PUT ANY MEAT ON THERE. What?! How do you forget that? Itwas literally rice, lettuce and chips. There was sauce on there, but barely. I knew I was done with them at that point andwanted a refund. Didn't know if they would be able to do that over phone or if I contacted them through email. With how bad theservice is, I assumed I wasn't going to get a refund. So, I drove ALL the way back to the location. Waited in line to get seen.Arrived at the front of the line and told them there was no meat on my order and provided my receipt. The employee looks at myorder and does notice there is no meat. The employee was nice and offered to put the meat I wanted on the side. As I left, sawthat there actually was corn. Smh. -_- I go home to see how much meat the guy put in the bag and it looked like there wasbarely anything in the container. Filled up maybe 1/3 of the soup container he put it in. Visited the restaurant on Eldorado in Frisco for the first time and was greeted by Alex. Alex was very friendly and gave me... great recommendations. What stood out to me the most is his respect for my plant based lifestyle. Without asking, Alex changedhis gloves after handling food that was not in accordance with my lifestyle. I noticed and acknowledged him instantly forrespecting my concern for cross contamination. And the food? Delicious! Seriously! I?d post a photo of my meal but all I have isan empty bowl. Should you visit, try the cucumber mint drink. So refreshing. I?ll definitely be back. Shout out to Alex forlooking out. He?s one of the reasons, I?ll continue to dine here. Read more
