Reviews for Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Frisco, TX
The sandwiches are outstanding. Great prices and big quantities. 10/10 would recommend
I got a turkey sub, it was delicious and the bread was so fresh.
I was searching for a great new sandwich place and I did not find it here. This place was waaay more expensive than any other... sub place in town and for a tiny sandwich with no meat. Really disappointed! Read more
Pretty cool concept, ghost kitchen with multiple restaurant options available. Food was perfectly prepared, hot and tasty. Will... be back. Read more
Sandwiches were all made as ordered. Everything was fresh, tasty and good portions. We all ordered 8? subs but could only eat... half .. they were loaded up on the meats. Picked up at the ?restaurant? which was a lil different. Food was good nonetheless. Read more
A lot of problems. First, they tried to sell me 1.5 oz of cole slaw for $2 - the excuse was they didn't have any larger cups... available (?). Then the Italian sub. I asked for no tomatoes - I got tomatoes. I added pepper relish - NO pepper relish.Honestly, the entire sub was seasoned well (from the look of it), but when I ate it, it was like eating a barely spiced subfilled with tofu-manufactured meats. Do NOT go here. Even Subway is better. Read more
I'm so excited that Capriotti's is back in the area! They make the best sandwiches and we were lucky enough to meet the... franchise owner, Stan, who is wonderfully friendly and very passionate about the brand. Really delicious sandwiches! Just anote, this Capriotti's is inside Kitchen United Mix. Effectively it's a pick up/delivery food hall which is actually a prettycool idea in itself. Read more
I've been ordering from Capriotti's for a couple years now. The first time I ordered from them, it instantly became my favorite... sandwich place. The quality of ingredients was amazing, and it was overall a perfect sandwich with great service. The bread, themeat, the thick cut tomatoes, the fried hot peppers, and everything else were so good! However the good experiences stoppedthere. Ever since the first order, I would order Capriotti's on special occasions, such as my birthday. But each time it wasterrible. I kept ordering because I thought that since it was so good the first time, that the bad experiences were just arandom chance. I kept telling myself that they were great and I was just getting unlucky. But at this point, with orders in thedouble digits, and only a single good experience, I can't keep giving them my money. A couple examples of things that havehappened: once, it tasted like they dumped the burnt grease waste onto the sandwich and it was inedible; another time, theydumped half a thing of black pepper on the sandwich, to a point that the sandwich was completely inedible. Not once since thefirst order was my order ever correct either. The quality of ingredients has also gone down drastically. I can't tell if I'vejust been extremely unlucky, but multiple instances of receiving absolutely disgusting and/or inedible food, and a near 100%chance of an incorrect order are too much to ignore at this point. I know I may seem stupid for continuing to order from themafter so many issues, but I was desperately clinging on to the hope I would get another sandwich as perfect as the first one.I've finally learned my lesson ????
