Originally from NY and went here with my best friend who still lives in NY. We both got the BEC and I got mine with SPK. It?s... awesome to have a local place that knows about the SPK. Service was extremely friendly. There was a bit of a wait because theywere so busy/packed on Sunday morning but the brisket bacon was worth it. My wife and in-laws are from Brooklyn, NY. They always say that Texas has terrible bagels. They miss their NY style bagels. Me... personally, being born and raised here in Texas, I don\'t know what a NY bagel is. However, they said this was the closest thingthey could find to a \"good NY bagel.\"\n\nWe ordered a lox bagel and a 1/2 dozen bagels. We ordered a sesame, onion, poppy(they don\'t skimp on the poppy seeds), everything bagel, cheddar jalapeno, and a French toast bagel. All of our bagels weredelicious!!! Been here 4 times since it\'s opened and honestly I\'m not even a bagel person but the cinnamon raisin is soooo amazing!! This... place has turned me into a bagel person! To the person complaining about price, yes it is on the pricey side but like you trymaking bagels at home and then see how much you\'d charge for them lol . This is a NY style Bagels ???? place. As a person fond of Bagels I liked what they have on the menu. I went there on Saturday... and the place was packed.
